I am shocked to see anyone has reviewed this office lower than 5 stars. The front desk agent was very sweet and was able to schedule me on incredibly short notice after I lost my last few weeks of contacts (unlike Costco which makes you wait months sometimes to get on their schedule.) Dr. Vu was excellent and made me feel valued; he also helped me save a LOT of money by making some minor tweaks to my prescription and giving me suggestions I hadn’t thought of before (switching from AVO dailies to AV1DM.) I really appreciate his attention to detail, and as someone who doesn’t have vision insurance, it was a relief to not pay an arm and a leg for an exam. I’m glad I took my friend’s recommendation and will make sure to tell others to visit Dr. Vu in Tempe.

I scheduled an appointment over the phone and they got me in pretty quick. Everyone that worked there was nice. My glasses were ready within a week which was good. The floors were unswept though, and by the looks of it it has been quite a while, and that was throughout the whole facility. The waiting room had no working tv, no decor, no reading material, was dirty, and I forgot my phone in the car, so it was really unpleasant haha. The prices were too high to get anything other than what insurance covered, but I imagine that's most places, but was hoping Walmart would be more affordable.
