Store seems clean and most of the staff is fairly friendly, have not used the pharmacy as of yet. Western Union is very quick and easy. The only strange thing is they have so many products under lock and key, even the body washes, have to admit, first time I've seen body wash for sale in a locked glass case. But if your item is locked away, they do have little buzzers by locked items so you don't have to go track someone down to help, which is nice. Could work on customer service at the front end as far as friendly customer engagement, parking lot a little narrow in places, but not a bad location. Will return if need be.

Pharmacy operation manager is rude and seems to hate her job. Also does not know how to bill insurance.

Worst people skilled cashier a simple thank you after a purchase is traditional and always appreciated ?. He just looked at me with receipt in hand no bye, no communication skills from this dude. The other dude cussed with every step he took. I honestly felt uncomfortable here and it wasn’t like this before. These guys are new. It’s alright cashier and low paying jobs is all they will ever accomplish in life if they don’t learn customer skills.

Stay away from both the pharmacy and the store. It's worth it to drive, walk or bus to another place for services. Worst pharmacy ever and the lines at the store are always long, move at a snails pace and half the time they'll treat you like garbage. Some people are really nice there though but some have a chip on their shoulder and I am sick of dealing with the disgruntled ones. Aside from that, it is a cess pool of Tempe's finest low life's constantly stealing so if you ride a bicycle lock it up and don't send the women in your life there on their own unless they're experts in striking and grappling.

5 min standing while 2 guys just look to eachother and one said " help them out" and they both just left while there's what it looked like a meeting of 3 employees so after 5 min I asked if someone could help us out and then it came a girl that told me they weren't taking passport pictures and that not other location had a working camera..thank goodness this older lady heard her and corrected her and took out their working camera a show her how to take the pictures....my son moved the head so they needed to retake the picture and she was done for the day so this your lady went to another guy asking if she had to take the pictures because she thought they weren't taking them...so the guy told her that since the older lady said so now they have to....why is so hard for this young lady to do her work? Idk but what I know is that the service in this pharmacy is the worse I have had compary to any other location.....funny thing my husband took my son to the location of 48st and Southern an hour ago but I didn't like the face my son made in the pictures that's why I retake them but this young lady was telling me no location of walgreens was taken pictures

I see no signs posted anywhere in this store that says, we don't accept more than $10 in one dollar bills! All of sudden since there is new management this is a rule!?

There is a lady at this store who is very loud and obnoxious. I don't know her name but all the workers know who I am talking about when I describe her. She has embarrassed me a couple times when I went to buy wine, she said in front of all the customers "yes, Sarah, I know you come every day to buy wine", which is not true. That was very disrespectful and your customers should not be subject to harassment by your employees. Please look into it. I constantly go there to buy candy but if I see here at the register I walk away. I may switch my prescriptions to CVS Sarah Spasiano (805)844-7944

This pharmacy is a laughing stock compared to any other pharmacy out there. They told me they broke down my vyvanse prescription the same day they notified me that it was ready, and made me wait through 6 other people because they had to remake it, despite using express pay. Never going to this pharmacy ever again.

this is only for the pharmacy, it sucks. it's like they dont want you to get your stuff. i ordered a script shipped to me since it takes forever for them to fill a prescription, weeks go by and nothing. i call customer service and they tell me oh, my medication can't be shipped so the order was cancelled. i got no notice about the cancellation and have been waiting on a necessary medication. its more expensive for me to transfer them to a different pharmacy but i'm going to do it anyways, i've wasted more than enough time trying to get my meds from this pharmacy. epitome of 'you have one job'

Have had good and bad experiences on this store over all the store itself doesn’t carry a lot of items that others do for some reason. Pharmacy same thing some are awesome others aren’t so much but at the end of the day my insurance only goes thro Walgreens and this one is the most convenient for me if I could give them 3.5 I would
