If you’re looking for a pharmacy that runs smoothly and has customer service, this is NOT the one.
Prefacing this by stating I’ll still be using this spot since it is right next to my house. BUT! The pharmacy seems clueless at times, and if not clueless then completely rude! I call to refill, they place me on hold 4x (10-15minutes) just to answer finally with an unwarranted attitude. This is almost every time.
Please get some people back there who know how to treat a customer or retrain ur current workers. I don’t write bad reviews unless it really stands out, and the lady today stood out.

There is a pharmacist named Marco at this location and he went above and beyond for me. Something happened where I couldn't get my medication and he did all the work for me and called my insurance and got it all taken care of within the hour amd since I'm so very sick I can't even get out of bed. And he really helped me and just went out of his way to make things easier on me. Thank you Marco ?

This is the second time in a row I have gone to the pharmacy at this location even though I live over 15 minutes away, my doctor always sends them to this location and to transfer is more of a headache than the drive until now. The past two times I have gone to pick up my prescription I have confirmed beforehand that it was ready yet when I arrive it is not the first time, supposedly, their systems were down and the pharmacy they sent me to did not have stock in my prescription. Tonight I called ahead of time to confirm when I arrived they gave me a different prescription that was ready. I went back through the drive-through to explain. I had already confirmed and had an extremely busy weekend. Would not get the chance to make it back to that location and was out of my medication, the window gal was helpful informed me that she had to wait for the pharmacist to get back from their break… Not sure who needs to take a break 15 minutes before close but regardless I waited, and when they returned, they got on the speaker told me that it was eight minutes to close and they would not be able to fill my prescription until tomorrow. The pharmacist at this location main priority is not their patient moving forward. I will be transferring my medication. I do not recommend this pharmacy at least until they update their staff or do some proper training.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I’ve been saying it but despite them being the closest pharmacy I’m moving all my business somewhere else. I can’t even wrap my head around how rude the pharmacy staff is.

Abby in the pharmacy was great! It was busy but she was very attentive and friendly with everyone she helped! It was my first time using this location and I will definitely be back!

I needed a gift wrapped this morning. I went into this store to buy gift wrapping material. After I explained to Trinity that I was horrible at gift wrapping. She ended up doing the gift wrapping for me. Trinity is an outstanding employee thank you so much for all your help.

The pharmacy department was awesome and helped me get the best discount and even after closed opened to help get me a dosage spoon for my medication and they had a great attitude I thank God for them, Thanks again

They seem to always loose my perscipt. Happened again today. They said they didn't have them so I called my Dr. and he has a comformation fax that they received them 2 days prior When I confronted them they said oh well we will have them tonight or tomorrow. ???????

Bianca, thank you for making a difficult and costly errand as easy as possible!Picking up a prescription should not be this hard or expensive, fortunately Bianca worked hard to find a coupon to lower the cash price I had to pay. Why am I paying cash when I pay nearly $700 monthly in Medicare premiums? That is a very important question that no one seems to have answered. Bianca worked hard, while Trinity and Amy and others worked on other tasks for over an hour to figure out what should have been an easy refill. Insurance is a joke! The people at Walgreens and every where else, customers and employees, are negatively affected when Insurance makes filling a simple medication a huge ordeal. This isn't right. Thanks to the friendly front of store cashiers and the man stocking the cooler for making our time waiting more enjoyable.This isn't how it should work!!

Just don't use this Pharmacy!!! Save yourself the trouble of Rx's not filled correctly, bad attitudes and lazy Tech's who have NO interest in helping customers. The reviews are right so Bypass the anger and frustration you will have when dealing with these people!!!

This walgreens is constantly understaffed and inefficient when they do have a proper team. I've had numerous issues before with improper medication dosages, refusing me my medication despite having proper and up-to-date prescriptions etc. Not to mention that the elderly customers here (90% of the demographic) treat everyone like absolute dogshit. If it wasn't for them being close to me I would never return.
