What a disaster of a store! Dirty, low to no staffing, and they are not really open during their posted hours. Wasted my time coming here today for a prescription. Was texted to come pick up refill and find the Pharmacy was closed. This happens frequently here. Avoiding this location and pulling my scripts for a reliable provider.

Pharmacy tech, Naria/nory, Asian lady, AWFUL human being. She not only physically stopped the pharmacist from handing me my bag of medication that was ready to take home, she then went into the system and DELETED my prescription so I wouldn’t be able to get it and now have to get my dr to write a whole NEW prescription in a few days time. She was so mean and nasty. Get rid of this terrible person, Walgreens. Do better. I’m not gonna forget the embarrassment and shame she caused me. Acting like I was doing something wrong.

I was greeted by Missi in the Pharmacy, she gave great customer service and I received flu shots from Rob, they both was extremely pleasant. I am happy to find my new happy pharmacy.Thank you for your service.

0 stars if I could! Ordered curbside. we went in because we wanted a copy of our receipt! The cashier/shift lead told us we just have to hold on because our order wasn't ready. There are 2 other workers there, and they can't get it done! She says she can't give us a receipt because she has already scanned it on her scanner!

The Asian drive thru assistant ( Thuza ) is unpleasant to deal with, always makes everything so complicated and very hard to understand what she says.

This store is always clean, always stocked, & filled w/ sweet & helpful employees. It's easily seen from the road & can be gotten to, quickly, from the Warner exit of the 101.

This is a failing business. Forget all the pharmacy issues I've had with them... how are you closed at 5:30pm on a Saturday because you can't staff the place?? This is a repeated issue with this store. Seems like they should just close.

I came to pick up my prescription after getting a text that it was ready. Not only was it not ready, I had to wait doe two of my prescriptions to be filled in the drive-thru line and a 3rd won’t even be ready until tomorrow. These prescriptions were put in over 5 days ago.The pharmacist was very pleasant, but after giving her the pronunciation of my name several times, she still miss pronounced it.I won’t be returning to this Walgreens for any prescriptions.
