They are scammers... they tell you one thing... and then your bill arrives completely different, with high payment amounts. They are also not trustworthy... they do not give the information as it should be.

I am sincerely hoping and praying that Verizon Wireless improves it's networking of affiliates, stores, departments, etc...and most of all it's Virtual Assistant and/or Automated System offered to valued Verizon customers. This over the phone way to pay is convenient for consumers on the go with busy and unpredictable work schedules, and customers who are not interested in "Auto-Pay" style billing. This Verizon system is great, but only if everything works correctly, and if the customer receives what the Automated System/Virtual Assistant promotes, offers, and promises. Also, it would be great if associates at Verizon Stores were able to help Verizon Customers with critical billing issues and concerns, and/or get them help over the phone with Verizon Customer Service departments if the customer is having difficulties reaching them.

I want to say how upsetting and discriminated I felt after getting helped by ROSS. First off walking in along with a few more other people Mr. Ross was the only one working and he felt over whelmed and started saying how his manager left and never came back to help him. After waiting for about 30 minutes he attended me and was already trying to find a solution however, after he asked for the main person on the account to show an ID in which we did not only provide 1 but 2 form of ID’s he stated he was unable to help me because it is from a foreign country which “Verizon” does not accept and he could get “FIRED”. But how were we able to transfer and get service from this provider? The only reason why I came to this location was because it was the only one open at 7pm and the one I go to which has great service closed earlier. Please do not waste your time with ROSS if you are from any other country/state.

I ordered a phone for in-store pick up for my Wife who lives in another state who I share an account with. The order was said to be picked up by the "account manager or owner" with proof of ID. My wife who is an account manager shows up with her ID and your night shift refused to give her the phone and your manager mumbled, "Don't trust those people with online orders." My wife called me after being treated in this manner and yes I was upset. The Verizon worker told me she couldn't pick up the phone because an account manager can't pick up a phone even though again the order receipt she had stated, "account manager or owner". He stated that because it was a new line that was not accurate but he was correct. I then said, "This is a new line for wife what are you talking about". This is now 3 hours into treating my wife horribly He realized she was right the entire time because he heard new account. The order was placed at 12 pm had they had it prepared before 5 pm as you should have or simply researched the order and treated my wife like her time was valuable none of this would have happened. Lessons your night shift on the date of 3/21/2024 need to understand "listen with the intention of understanding not respond". If you listened to my wife and not just shun her like you did this would not have happened. Two one of you was complaining about having life issues and being stressed out advice for you is simple "Your only job in life is to do your Job" and "It may not be your fault but it's your responsibility". Meaning regardless of your life issues once that Verizon tag is on your chest it's your job to represent appropriately. Treating my wife who is on my account in that manner is unacceptable. Not sure how your going to make this right. But I want an explanation.

I have had the absolute worst experience with this store and Verizon customer service. I got the Black Friday promotion as it came with a "free" iWatch and iPad but the manager nor salesperson told me all the charges associated with the two devices. I went to the store to complain and both the manager and salesperson are no longer there. I tried to talk to the new manager but he has not been present nor did he call me back as the store promised. I tried going through Verizon's customer service and they have been no help either. To make matters worst, they pitched the same promotion that I was trying to resolve. Now I am stuck with a $800 bill. Verizon also recently settled on a $100 million lawsuit for fees they charge that aren't properly mentioned. I wish I knew this beforehand.

I haven’t get my credit of $800 from a trade in almost two years ago. Every time I went to claim about it they always told me to call customer service. Customer service told me that the store has to do anything about it and has all the information about it. But nobody does anything. I’ve spent a lot of gas by keep going to claim at the store. Verizon ?????? specially this store. Looks like they don’t know/don’t want to do their job.
