Although I did not buy anything from this store, I called and asked a few basic (Dumb) questions and the gentleman was extremely helpful, thorough and patient! Thank you for your help! I ended up buying from your Peoria store and he at that store was just as helpful as the Tempe crew!! I recommended you guys to two people today after my experience.

My first experience w/this place a year or so ago was negative. So I avoided this place and went to ACE, Home Depot,etc. Yet I finally gave them another chance a few days ago as they are close to my home, and I needed parts I couldn't find elsewhere, BUT, this turned negative as well.

It was great to find a plumbing supplier with everything under one roof. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Jared helped us out with a very complicated situation and has a good understanding about how differant applications work.
