I moved in 10/2022, put a hold on mail until I got approved for new place, then put in a change of address to this post office. I had to pay for this service online and now get updates about daily mail. I have not received one piece of forwarded mail. Only receive someone my current addressed mail. I have almost lost my SSDI because of this and have had to pay companies back monies for items not received therefore can not return. I have filed 5 official complaints and walked down there hand fulls of times. I have a brain tumor and this is unexceptable and pretty sure illegal to not have fixed by now. This postoffice sucks at there job.

Unless it's a letter, or the size of a t shirt, they do not deliver my packages. Why the hell do I pay for shipping if I'm just going to pick it up anyways!?

Chris went above and beyond to assist me with mailing out my packages to my sister, including two boxes of cat litter. His help ended up saving me $50 by using USPS boxes instead. I truly appreciate his patience and professionalism.

Another terrible government-run program on life support. Needs to just succumb to the private market and ease the taxpayers. USPS can not deliver my packages ever, and I have to constantly skip lunch to use my lunch break to go stand in line and deal with their apathetic employees with terrible attitudes because they know its near impossible to get fired. They say they can't deliver because my apartments PO boxs are full.. when I asked why they can't deliver to package to my door (like FedEx, UPS, Amazon, OnTrac, and DHL do) I am met with blank stares. Gotta love federal programs!

I didn't get her name but the young lady with dark hair and beautiful lashes was so helpful. Amazing customer service and explained to me the whole process of how to properly drop off packages. Thank you for being so friendly and kind!

Really rude employee. Never been to a post office In my life simply wanted an address change as all my mail is being returned. He pretty much told me I was wrong repeatedly instead of wanting to be helpful to help me understand. Employee definitely enjoyed banter and being right rather than helping someone understand. Left even more confused. As people don’t know what they don’t know. Could have been treated that way instead of his equal.

We got in line for my moms passport service, it’s her first time getting a US passport. Ms. Parmjit Sooch helped us and we were able to get our application done quickly and didn’t have to wait too long, given the line was so long. It was fast moving she was efficient and quick. Thank you for your help!

Fast and friendly service. When I arrived there were several people in front of me, but the line moved fast. I couldn't get the self-service kiosk to scan my barcode for a printing label, but the staff quickly printed it for me at the desk. Super convenient.

These people are inept. The mail carriers can't even properly put mail into a box and have the nerve to act as if it isn't their problem. They sent back vehicle registration and I'm pretty sure the delivery driver tried to steal my credit card.

These people are awful at their job. I ordered a ring light off of Amazon and USPS were supposed to deliver it to my door. Unfortunately it seems like somebody wasn’t doing their job correctly and they ended up putting it inside of one of my mailboxes. Now I seem to not be able to find my package even though it said it was delivered just this morning, so either someone is lying about delivering my package or they just stole it . Either or, they are not doing their job correctly and they really need either a new manager or someone needs to be fired. Now I have to Re-order the package and wait in the entire week just to get my delivery all because they don’t know how to do their job correctly. Thank you guys.

Waited over an hour and a half and was never called for fingerprints. I asked when they were gonna call me back and they said they forgot. They say you can do walk-ins but I would use an appointment next time.
