I don’t have an issue with the people in the USPS office. Actually people at the post office are extremely nice and really helpful my problem are the drivers that don’t deliver or attempt to deliver, by reading reviews I can see I’m not the only one having this problem, my apartment complex closed the lockers for maintenance so now they need to deliver to our door, I got few big packages delivered to my door during this week (when I say big I’m talking about huge boxes) from another carrier, but it seems that a small package can’t be deliver. Driver left a message that package was to big to fit on the mail (mail is only for paper/envelopes) there’s a big sign at the lockers to please make the deliveries at customer doors. I guess it’s easy to don’t do the job and mark them as return. This is annoying and frustrated. Now I need to wait for a solution because a driver was too lazy to drop my package at my door!

What a joke, parcel lockers at my complex are broken so they're closed to be repaired. Lazy USPS driver lied and said package was undeliverable and returned to sender after ONE "attempt". How is that undeliverable and how is there no second attempt? My front door is not through the parcel lockers nor are the parcel lockers being closed restricting access to the complex. I tried to go to the branch to talk to someone and despite their hours saying they were open till noon on the front door, they were closed, and it was just after 10:30. Tried calling in to talk to someone and got a useless "customer service" agent that told me I'd have to wait 2-3 days for them to "look into it". By that time my package will already be back to the sender. Why do these people get paid for not doing their job and have no consequences for not doing their job? Must be nice. Definitely don't recommend sending packages through USPS, better to pay a little extra (or less) and actually know your package will be delivered. *Update* I was able to get them to cancel the return to sender, went to go pick up the package at 7:15am and surprise, they're not open despite the tracking number indicated that I could pick up the package and so did the website. Yet another government service that fails miserably and may as well not exist. Just close for good and let someone else do the job! *2nd Update* Avoid using USPS at all costs! According to them, they DO NOT deliver packages to front doors. The parcel lockers are not going to be done anytime soon, so no one in my complex will be receiving their packages from USPS for an undisclosed amount of time, they won't issue refunds, but they'll gladly take your money and package and send it anywhere but where it's supposed to go. You guys need to be shut down.

Marking a package as undeliverable because you're too lazy to go and drop it off at the door is unacceptable. I was home, no one attempted to deliver anything. You guys need to get on your driver's about actually delivering packages. If they don't want to do their job replace them.

Made my appointment to get my passport paid the $40 and did all the confirmations the lady said that we did it wrong so we can’t do it, and we asked her to help us and she said she couldn’t because she doesn’t know how online works. asked if there was anyone who could help and she said no. she was very rude and told us that we need to pay more attention.
