I will give 0 if i can. Business hour showed until 3pm but stop service at 2:30pm. She did a lot of talking and told me she is closed in the end. And she was still trying to sell me envelopes. LOL! Why do you think I will buy something from you when you decide to find many excused not to do your jobs? Wasted my time. I could have gone to another post office for all the time she talks.

Maureen provided excellent customer service by helping me get my package ready and guiding me to drop it off at a main location for same-day shipping, despite my late evening visit. She was a great help and truly an asset to the team. Thank you, Maureen!

Woman working today is awful, I should have known when she deeply sighed getting up from her seat I should have went elsewhere. She took one look at my box and told me she couldn’t ship a QR code, there was no QR code on the box. I explained I was just shipping in state and she said she doesn’t create labels lol. The woman last week assisted me kindly while I wrote out my label with no issues.Don’t come here if you: need a label or anything shipped?

Went there for an international shipment of a small box. The office is indeed at the back of a Hallmark store, a small window, but it has everything one might need. I was serviced timely, politely, considerately and I left the place a slightly happier person, as I assumed the worst after reading the reviews. To have a better informed opinion about a place I would definitely need to come more often, but the first impression was very good, hence the 5 stars.

Not a true USPS Post office, does not support all shipping services. Have a return code from a store? Cant use it here. Only come for basic services.

I've been coming here for a few years. It used to be great before they changed staff. Now the woman behind the counter has no clue what she's doing. I've had to take packages to other branches because she can't process them. Today she failed to register a package I was doing off (wasn't on the receipt. I had to wait behind a guy that did not have his label prepared. Then I watched while she performed the same process 5 times unsuccessfully. Once again she had issues processing an express mail shipment.

Went in to this usps with 50 boxes all labeled and ready to go. They wouldn't let me use the cart they had (that was literally empty) so I went to get a grocery cart next door and they told me I wasn't allowed to bring the grocery cart in to the store either. And then they lied straight to my face and told me that the mailman had already picked up, little did they know he was outside and I had already spoken to him. They didn't take a single moment to treat us like customers for even a second after spending hundreds of dollars on labels, which we do often. They didn't even ask if they were labeled, they didn't care about us and our business at all. Funny enough the Hallmark manager was one of the people basically turning us away with the usps employee. They didn't want to work, plain and simple. Luckily the usps man outside was very kind and helped us load our boxes in to the truck. Yup, we loaded our own boxes with the mailman because we got absolutely no help, assistance, customer service or care at all from inside
