Christopher had everything ready and the purchase went so quick. Usually, I can't wait to leave the dealership and feel so drained, but in this case, I didn't want to leave. Made me want to buy another car from them. The family owned atmosphere comes thru with everyone there. My son came by the dealership and thought I knew the family for years the way they treated him when he walked in. The fact was I just met them about an hour ago. I'm glad I ran across them in my search.”

“My first experience with using Tempe Hyundai. I bought a used Hyundai Ioniq 5 EV, and it had a software update campaign. Easily made an appointment online, they responded quickly via email, and sent me a reminder via text. Said it would take about two hours, and that's what it took, and they washed the vehicle too. Easily done for a very simple operation. The car has a lot of warranty left on it-hopefully I won't need anything, but it remains to be seen how any actual issues are handled. In this case, good communication, good polite service, a positive first experience.”
