“Service Advisor Max Moon helped me out tremendously by fitting me into his already packed schedule when he
learned my driver-side window dropped all the way down. Because I needed to help my artist wife transport items to a business show, Max had me drive over immediately, despite the fact that he already had several unexpected add-ons to his schedule. After confirming that no other local dealership had a window regulator for my 2019 Elantra in stock, Max loaned me a vehicle to use to set up for my wife's show. As soon as the part arrived, my vehicle was quickly repaired.
Later, while waiting to turn the loaner car in and pick up my vehicle, I overheard Max discussing repair options with two other customers. I realized that Max is genuinely concerned for ALL of his customers. He treats us all respectfully, provides us with the best information available, and ensures our auto maintenance needs are taken care of as efficiently as possible. That is why I keep bringing my vehicles back to Max-- I know I can always trust him.”
