I don't know who is responsible for making receiving appointments, but they should be ashamed of themselves. The entire appointment setting system needs to be overhauled. Having drivers sit for 6-8 hours for 10 pallets of products is ridiculous. It started with 10 trucks having a 7am appointment. Id alternate those appointments by 30 minutes clear up congestion on the properties, allow the warehouse to focus on less trucks and they can move more quickly. It would boost employee moral with less stress and Truckers moral to not boycott delivering to this company.

I am going to rate this company one star because I called them to ask if they use preservatives and additives in their food and they hung up. Which means they do. They are suppliers for restaurants and CHILDCARE centers. Why do American kids eat chemical laden food ?
