Every employee I've met here is amazing. They go above any beyond. They multi task really well it's impressive. They can handle when a bunch of people walk in. They even handle really horrible customers with professional kindness. Even customers they see often they know by name.
When I'm semi in the area, I'll drive just to go to this location.
I give them thank you gifts for their amazing service. That's rare in this world. When I have it, I give them gift cards too. They deserve so much more. I hope they get a raise or something ?. I hope the manager or owner of the store knows how lucky they are to have such a great team.

I have been going to this location for as long as I can remember. At least 10 yrs. Been there when the lines were out the door. Been there when I was the only one. Never in this time frame busy or not has ANY employee been rude or unfriendly until yesterday.
Who ever the owner is took the prize. I have taken all my amazon returns in. Purchased supplies. Notary, certified mail. Never ever has one person been rude. The owner was condescending, hostile and rude. So hateful that I will drive 45 miles if I have to to never use this location. It's nice to know it's a privately owned store so when this man has a disruption in his income he will only be able to blame himself. I feel sorry for his employees.
Ps.its called elder abuse.
The owner wrote the response. He didn't need to review the tape. He is rude and loves to argue. I didn't mention in my review it was an amazon returns he attacked me on. Hummm sounds like someone knows the committed abuse

Amazing Service we had the best customer Service today my family and I came In today to Mail a package Eric Was the Best he made sure that our package would make it safely to It's destination he was very kind friendly and very helpful and answered all the questions we had the store was very nice inside and very clean would definitely recommend coming here to ship packages everyone was so friendly we will definitely be coming back for sure I give this place and Eric Five Stars! ??????

Nick and Dewayne did not let the global outage stop them from taking good care of their customers they handled everyone with a quickness & care with only 1 working computer. Nick is a great communicative, respectful person to do business with, it was a pleasure. Got us in and out. Fortunately we came to this ups and we were well taken care of. Thanks Nick may God bless this company and its staff!

This UPS location is the BEST and the only one we go to. Being privately owned definitely makes the difference. They treat you like you’re family, have that small town feel and are always willing to help. I’ve had a few unusual shaped packages to send out and Michael is the one who builds the perfect box for your special delivery. He even called me yesterday to let me know why my package didn’t go out yesterday as we thought, who does that, mind blown. He’s the best, everyone there does a superb job at delivering customer service that exceeds your expectations. I will always use this store. Keep up the great job and thank you for always helping me out.

I had really fantastic customer service today from the associate named Dominic. I had two bulky packages that I needed boxed up and shipped and Dominic made the process really simple. Thank goodness for the UPS store.

Fantastic staff, hours, and facility. I carried a really heavy package in and the lovely employee offered me a bottle of water!

I kept my account here for over 2 years. They set me up to change my address. Now that I have moved, they refuse to give me a change of address. Said I need to go to the post office even though they were happy to change my address before. No help from mike.
