2 of my packages were lost at different times. One package is missing right now and the tracking is not moving from when I dropped it off. I just seen that someone else had the same problem with a lost package. What’s going on?

They were instructing people to use a kiosk for Amazon returns. I had multiple returns- one for Amazon and another for a separate vendor so had to wait in the line anyway, which was out of the door. Once I got to the front the guy proceeded my one return but refused to do so with the Amazon one and told me I had to go to the kiosk. Because otherwise he would have to do everyone else’s Amazon returns. Sir, if someone else also had to wait in that line regardless then you should just take care of both returns. And the time you spent telling me this you could’ve just scanned the code and been done with it.

Have been here several times to ship out items. First time I purchased a box and they said they would package my item and send it out. It was never sent out and my item was "lost". After also paying $8 just for a box and tape.
Customer service here is trash. They also now have an Amazon kiosk for returns. Even when you are at the counter for something else they'll make you use the kiosk. These returns were also overflowing and just sitting on the counter available for anyone to simply take if they wanted. It's an area open to the public and anyone now has access to my address and item if they so choose.
If you’re unwilling to help people don’t work in customer service, and if you advertise secure returns for a company make sure they’re actually secure.
