I thought the ups option was full service but they can’t even scan a QR code to get shipping label or help pack an order to ship

Tried to use the UPS area. Amazon QR codes cant but scanned but we can email them the label to print, however next speed bump was no packaging material in the UPS packaging section so I was asked to buy packaging
