Very unsatisfying service. They need someone who understands the needs of the customer at the reception. Communication with the personnel is very difficult. Can’t talk about style and what you need because they don’t understand you. The person who did manicure couldn’t understand what I want so couldn’t fix the problem. I didn’t like my nails and couldn’t communicate about what I wanted.

I love this place! It's always clean, it smells nice inside and the techs are kind and prices are great. I even made a friend in the waiting area. I've never waited longer than 10 minutes here and always happy with the results.

I needed a last-minute removal of shellac today and was so happy with their service! The salon was calming, clean, and modern. The staff is so kind and the space is so organized! I can't wait to return!

I’ve been here a handful of times and it’s been usually good but only when my other salon is booked but I usually only have them do the acrylic base then I paint them on my own. The last time I had my nails done here they started lifting after only a week and and the shape was completely uneven and the length was super uneven. The price is very steep for an acrylic set and rebase is basically the same price 60$ plus tip. I believe if im paying that much that the actual outcome and product should stay on and look presentable. This is the last time I will be going to this salon.

Pretty awful even for that kind of place. They spent about 2 seconds on prepping my nails and then just shoved my fingers in the dip powder. No cuticles cut, nothing(I am a server so my hands are typically in a pretty rough state and need lots of love).

Amazing work! Clean, no long waits and beautifully decorated. By far the best salon I have been to. Staff is always friendly and ready to assist. I have been a customer for several years. Would highly recommend!

Ni gave me the best pedicure I’ve had in a long time. The massage part of the pedicure was the best. The environment was clean and all the employees were very friendly. The pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely return.

Smh… worst manicure I’ve ever had. Basically the lady cut my finger nails and trimmed my cuticles and slapped some lotion on the back of my hands and said she was done. Probably going to have to finish this manicure at home or go to another place tomorrow. I could have done this rough of a job myself while driving.

First time customer and also the last. They don't use any fans to get rid of all the gel dust, so the dust flies everywhere and gets over everything. Have never seen a salon not use a fan. When I asked why, she said they were too noisy! The place was pretty loud, with so many people talking and music playing, you wouldn't even hear the fans. Did not like my gel manicure, will not be back.

The place did a good job and my acrylics lasted a LONG time one but they use MMA on your nails which leaves a sticky side when taking it off. Essentially it harms your nails but it is what it is .

this was my first time here and I won’t be coming back , John didn’t cut nor prep my nails before putting on acrylic nails , it seemed like a very rushed job and ALL I got was basic black nails , I don’t recommend coming hereService: Acrylic nails

After reading all these reviews and deciding to try this place out, I was pleased with my results. They are very friendly and accommodating. I was able to make a same day appointment. My appointment was for 3:30pm but by the time we finished a full set of acrylics and a pedicure it was after 5(when they close). I did not feel rushed by them at all. They were very attentive with me and what I wanted, checking in more than once. I brought a friend with me and they were very accommodating pulling a chair up and for the pedicure making sure she had a seat beside me. Based on the reviews I decided I had to have Katrina do my acrylics and they turned out fabulous. In fact I was very pleased that she went the extra step of applying oil to my cuticles and lotion for my hands after washing them, maybe I've been going to the wrong places but I've never had that done(maybe the lotion but not oil) I definitely will be returning as a regular with her. I didn't get the name of the lady who did my pedicure but she did a good job as well. Time will be the real test of quality. The last place I went they popped off in a week, I expect much different from here.
