Honestly don't risk your hair at all Bianca did my hair she died my hair blue black when my hair is dark brown. She messed my entire hair up now i have to wait who knows how long she didn’t ask me what color i wanted or anything now im stuck with blue back hair and ugly orange highlights ? she dosen’t know what she is doing she really messed me up! Please do something she can’t continue to keep messing up people hair!!!
I will seek legal action this is the worst experience!

HORRIBLE location. As a fellow retail worker, I expect better! The staff will follow u around the entire store. I was only in for around 10-15 minutes and got approached 4 times. I understand once or twice but 4 times in 10 minutes is seriously pushing it. You can’t even shop freely here.
When I went to checkout, the cashier was incredibly condescending & tried to tell me lecture me on MY return bc he was worried about losing sales (meanwhile I was buying other things as well!!). Gosh, save urself some energy & visit any other location instead - regardless of the drive, I’ll be returning to the Talking Stick location, much nicer environment & employees.

Girl with long black dreads at check out refused to complete my return. This after confirming with the online customer service that I could do the return in store. She Probably didn’t want to complete it because it would hit their numbers for the day. Bad service

Don't risk your hair at this Ulta salon. My mom went there today and came back with a terrible hair job. The highlights are poorly blended and look brassy and yellow. She was too polite to complain to the stylist, who claimed to have over 30 years of experience. She paid nearly $300 for this disaster. We're extremely upset—they completely ruined her hair. I will let the photo speak for itself.

This location is huge! Clean and very nice inside. There's plenty of parking available and there was plenty of staff on to be able to tend to the customers needs. They also weren't super pushy either, they let you look around and asked if you needed help without making you feel obligated to take it. They were friendly and very professional. I asked a girl working where the Milani section was as I had trouble finding it at first and she guided me to what I needed. I browsed around and saw what they had available and they have sooo many options and brands available. You will definitely be able to find anything and everything you're looking for in this location especially being right there in Tempe Marketplace. I also loved that there was so much natural lighting that is available inside this store. I had a great shopping experience and I will definitely be returning to this Ulta! ?

Big changes in products seem to be happening. A long time user of Sebastian products I was disappointed to find that little remained on the shelves. I was also surprised that I needed to go find help. The staff was not on top of their game. I hound the head cashier and she helped me. I was glad she was there. I’ll return because they are normally the place I like to shop.

Aisha did an amazing job on my hair! She took the time to teach me, and despite my not knowing what I wanted or needed, she put me at ease. I was so comfortable in her chair and walked out with hair I didn't realize I could have. I love it!
