Business hours posted online and on the front door say 10AM-3PM on Saturday. (The door actually says 10AM to __pm) We waited until 11:15 AM but nobody showed up to open the store.

I went in today with three international packages, and four domestic, thinking it was going to be insanely expensive. Turned out to be just $12 after the amazing Tanya helped me out. She was overly kind and even talked me through all of my different options. I will definitely be using them in the future!

Do not do any business here. These people can't be trusted and are extremely rude. Been trying to setup a mailbox for the past two weeks and was hung up on by Melissa twice. Avoid this place at all costs and try somewhere different. She refuses to give me Rick's number so I can follow up on my application.
