Stephen, Keymond and Will did an amazing job with our move. The were on time and did an excellent job of protecting our things throughout the entire move. We could not have picked a better team to help. Very personable, polite and extremely helpful! Would highly recommend this group! Thank you all so much for making this move happen so smoothly!

Exceptional experience from the moment I called the Tempe location of Two Men in a Truck.
Emmy the office manager was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional!
The two outstanding movers Brian K. and Brian P. were absolutely fantastic! They prepared the furniture for the move as if it was their own.
We highly recommend Emmy and the Tempe excellent Team!!

Should be 3-4 Men and a Truck in the summer took a lot longer than expected!! Started out with 2 men in 104 heat. They did send 2 more men to help later that afternoon. The movers from the Tempe office were excellent loved them thanks Jose for your hard work! I give the movers 5 stars!

TMT was my first and final choice for my August moves. I made contact via webpage, and had several encounters via email and phone, and an office visit as well. Sarah handled the back-and-forth gracefully as I tried to make up my mind and finalize the deets. I also recall Emmy, Candace and Nick to help direct my concerns and pick out some sturdy boxes (great assortment available here!) Indeed, my arrangements required contact with multiple TMT offices, so I was thankful for their coordination, even as we untangled the sequence of quotes and checklists I was working on. I appreciate the MoveTrac application that generates an editable checklist for you, offers resources and tips, and you can pay deposits and sign your agreements online: perfect for anyone remotely arranging a move in these COVID-19 times!
When the big day finally arrived, the two men arrived promptly, as promised and arrangements were followed to a "T"! Stephen and Jeffrey worked efficiently and had it down to a science.
Now that I'm relying on others for the heavy lifting and the trucking, I'm grateful to Two Men and a Truck for the peace of mind and policy-based efficiency! My final cost was reasonable, and I'll accept no substitutes or imitators for the next time I choose a moving service.

Had a great experience with Steven and team when they moved me out of my house. They were organized, communicated well (including the office and scheduling) and got everything done on time. Will definitely use them again!

Setting up the move with the office was a breeze. The movers called on the way and arrived on time ready to go. They were very friendly and efficient. They handled everything with care and had to deal with three flights of stairs. Managed all of that with no problems. I would use them again!

This was a commercial move. Not sure this move could have gone any worse. The truck ended up breaking down. They made it sound like they were doing me a favor by removing the time they waited for a jump. They took a little extra off but not much. One of the desks ended up being destroyed. They are a hard time reassembling the desks. I ended up having reassemble one of them myself because they had such a hard time. They dropped one of the desks against a wall and I've been waiting close to 2 months when they told me 2-3 days and now they are not responding at all.

Worst moving experience in my life. Inefficient, slow and careless. Went over estimated move time. Ordered a mattress cover, got charged for it but movers failed to bring one soiling my mattress in the process. A month later still no resolution from company. Save your money and belongings and look elsewhere for the service you deserve.
Update: if this review was so concerning to you, you would have settled the wrongful charges and shortcomings long time ago. Lyan, who supposedly handles claims disappeared into thin air. Had to reach out to credit card company for a chargeback. Two men and a truck is nothing but a scam.

From the moment we first called to inquire about moving services (our first experience with professional movers), we could tell they would be a top contender. Needless to say, they got our business. They were able to provide a quote virtually, answered all of our questions, were friendly and knowledgable and priced fairly. Leading up to the move, the communication and customer experience was excellent. The day of the move, the movers were all friendly, efficient and careful. We will recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

I strongly advise against using this moving agency under any circumstances.
My experience with them was extremely negative from start to finish. Firstly, their sales representative provided me with a misleading quote the day before my move. This was just the beginning of a series of problems.
To make matters worse, despite explicitly informing them not to charge a specific card due to potential overdraft after the move, they went ahead and charged it without my consent. This resulted in unauthorized charges and an overdraft with my bank.
The deception didn't end there. Despite my clear instructions to use a different card for payment, their office staff disregarded my request and proceeded with the unauthorized charge. This level of disregard for customer preferences and financial well-being is unacceptable.
Even when I raised these issues with a manager, they displayed a shocking lack of professionalism by refusing to issue an immediate refund to prevent further financial strain (even when I offered to use another payment method once the overdraft fees were returned).
Overall, my experience with this moving agency was marred by deceptive sales tactics and fraudulent practices. I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of this untrustworthy and unprofessional company.
I will be disputing with my bank and filing a BBB complaint, as well as with the FMCSA until this has been rectified.
