I absolutely love my experience with Toni guy, Taya was amazing she transformed my hair and trimmed where it was needed while keeping the length with a deep conditioning treatment, color gloss was divine, my hair needed it, and the style was so beautiful I loved how she brought the volume back into my style and the blow out was so fabulous. Truly innovative skills and inspiring creativity! I'm back in love with my hair again and it's been over a year since I felt this way? Thank you!

I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years and see my lovely friend Van for my color and Rena for my haircut. They are both ABSOLUTELY amazing and wizards at what they do!!! My color has never lasted longer than when Van does it and the blowouts I get after my cut with Rena? Unmatched!! They make you feel so comfortable in the chair and the conversations are always so much fun, I look forward to coming every single time! If you’re looking for a place to go, you found it!!

I had the worst experience ever. Waited for 6 months to get a perm and they completely messed it up. They have absolutely no expertise no one knows anything. When I went back to get a fix I never even got a solution or a refund. This is the worst form of customer service I have ever experienced. Super frustrating and annoying. Spoiled my entire week and they are super incompetent and unprofessional. I hope you learn from my mistake and never come here.

My friend got a perm from this place and oh my god the hell that they made his hair. They did a pathetic job, the curls went away within hours of service and his virgin hair got all messed up and rough. They didn’t even try much to fix it and it took us many trips and calls to the salon to make them work on a solution. They were unprofessional, highly incompetent, and lacked basic customer service skills. On top of that they didn’t even refund fully and kept the tip despite the horrible service.

My last haircut was in 2020 during the pandemic, fully masked. Then, into full retirement, it was, "Why?" This month, I'd had enough ponytails and messy buns. I chose to drive 46 miles to my nearest Toni & Guy salon. I knew from past years that they are always a great choice. They did not disappoint! My stylist was Mads, and I love her! She listened, she engaged me during the entire 70 minute session, and she delivered. Two weeks later , I still hear wonderful comments on my new look. Thank you, Mads. You are so appreciated!

Today was the first day I’ve let someone else touch my hair in almost a decade. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I had the lovely Rena do my hair she not only did an amazing job but she helped educate me on my hair type, show me techniques to reach my goals, and overall was perfect to chat with.

my curtain bangs were completely lopsided and I think my stylist was trying to hide it with the way she styled my hair. as soon as I got home I saw how bad they were and went to a different salon to get them fixed. my stylist and the rest staff were very sweet, but I would recommend really checking before leaving the salon

Hands down my favorite salon! I always leave refreshed and satisfied. Rena is the best she took me from dark brown to blonde within a few visits. I have noticed the difference in my hair health and growth since I began getting my hair cut and colored here. They use quality products and can recommend products to make your hair look and feel great.
