Not always open when they're supposed to be. Never answer their phone anymore. When asked to order a certain amount of product for a person that comes in frequently they say they will and they don't. It's the closest tobacco store to me though and I like the atmosphere and the people. Just wish for improvements.

This shop quite literally sucks. And that's hard to even say for a smoke shop. The two men that I see working there the most often act like they don't want to be there. They don't greet you when entering the shop, and make you feel like an inconvenience coming in to buy something from them. They don't want to help look for a vape, and when you ask them about a specific flavor or what they have in stock specifically, they act like I'm asking them to do something outrageous. I've gone here multiple times and have only had 1 good experience from one of the other gentlemen working here but every other time was a horrible experience. I will be finding a different shop to purchase from.

Obviously I can only speak for myself, but since I started going to this place last year(2022), the employees have always made me feel very Welcome and provide the best customer service that I could ask for. The store itself caters to those who don't want to spend too much on their nicotine needs, which is very good for me. On top of that, they have decent priced drinks in the cooler/ fridge(especially Monster). Now if only they could get that stupid door fixed... Sincerely, A regular customer
