“Great car wash! Extremely clean, all machines and selections worked. Also had a change machine that will take up to $20’s on site which is extremely convenient. They have limited car cleaning supplies and air fresheners for sale in machines if you need it. They even have an air machines next to the vacuum/wiping stalls so you can ensure you get all the water out while finishing up your detailing job. I’ll likely keep taking the extra 15 mins to drive there cause I know the facilities are top notch.”
“This has to be the best auto service I have ever experience.
- Speed: Inspection and oil change was done so quickly that I barely finished the chapter in my book.
- Explained the inspection results in as much detail as I needed. They shared what they recommended getting done today, what to look for in the future and if I was interested in doing anything myself, how I can get that done too.
- Pricing was amazing! I was quoted a ridiculous amount yesterday. It's nice to find a shop with their head screwed on.
I wasn't expecting to get any help on a Saturday morning especially on such short notice, but here I am having found my new shop! 10/10”

“I love this location the staff is down to earth and explains everything so clearly. I went to make an appointment for a couple of tires after trying another Discount Tire store where I wasn’t seen after waiting several minutes in the lobby. So when I went to this Discount Tire (McClintock) I was greeted upon parking outside and the staff gentleman checked me in right there. They took my car and serviced it all within 1 hour. I was so impressed. Give these guys raises they are working hard in this summer heat. Thank you all guys.”
“They told me it would cost $151 + tax for spark plugs + installation. During the day they had my car they called saying that they had to do diagnostic tests and it will cost $356, I did not get a choice in this matter it was already done. After questioning why they had to do a diagnostic they got defensive on how expensive their staff is and how it took over an hour. Given the fact he was raising his voice and I was at work I didn't want to push the fact all I asked for was spark plugs. I called 3 additional pep boy locations got the same quote and asked them if they had to do diagnostic tests or anything and all 3 said no it's just routine maintenance. "All we do is take out the old plugs put the new ones in and call it a day". Upon receiving the keys and ready for payment I asked if they could explain why they did it. I said I already got my car checked at AutoZone and I needed plugs. They instantly got defensive again and said well we needed to make sure you were right. I explained that 3 other pep boys said this didn't need to be done and they raised their voice again and said look I'm already giving you a break by cutting off $40 of the diagnostic test. So apparently I was lucky I only had to pay $282 for a $151 service. I love pep boys but don't go to this location.

The manager called and apologized. They explained how some of the things I was charged was optional and I just wasn't given the option. They also explained why they did the diagnostic test and that yes it's not mandatory but this is why they do it. They apologized mainly for the lack of explanation of the charges as well as the lack of explaining the cost/possibility of running the diagnostic test.”
“Overall good experience. Good pricing on 4 new tires, delivered to the store within 2 days. Scheduled an appt for 4pm and was told when arriving they were about about 90min behind schedule. When I got the car back there was the wheel lube ALL OVER my tires, found out from the manager the next day this is not normal and unacceptable. gave me an excuse to wash her though.”
“Great customer service. Had a blow out went on app found my tire. Went to store they ordered 2 tires that morning. That afternoon they were installed/mounted. This all on a Friday!”
“Set an appointment and even though they had to push me to the next day because the spot had already been filled they were able to call me very quickly to reschedule the appointment to the next available spot and were very accommodating to my time. Staff was very friendly and was able to quickly get my appointment taken care of even though they were flooded with vehicles to work on”
