I chose this company after getting 4 estimates because they answered all my questions and concerns. When the job was done, it looked really bad like someone off the streets sprayed in the foam insulation. They left equipment in my garage for a week when the project was finished and only came to get it when I contacted them about it and how the job looked really bad. When the gentlemen came out to get equipment he took pictures of the job and said he would show it to the owner and then get back to me with what they were going to do. 3 weeks later and 3 voicemails layer I have not heard a thing back but they keep sending me an invoice for the rest of the job which I have no problem paying but would like to know what they are going to do first. I do not recommend this company as once the job is done they don't care what it looks like and just want to get paid without caring.

Caden was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding a solution for our duct work and insulation issues. During our initial appointment he was very thorough and offered helpful suggestions regarding our fresh air return. We will definitely be using them again when it gets cooler for our insulation/duct work issue.

My wife and I could not be more happy with the service we received from Thermo Shield. Caden was terrific in laying out the options we had to make our home much more energy efficient. The team was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Caden, Andres, and Jesus arrived on time, went right to work, kept us informed how the work was progressing and thoroughly cleaned up before leaving. The estimate was 2,5 times higher than we actually pay in another place for the same service. So, I can say, they are expensive. Shop around.
Update. Thank you for your answer. We get our attic insulated with Blown Cellulose, Duct sealing, Batted insulation and garage door insulation. Also get recommendations on how to save electricity, and guys checked walls insulation in all the house. Yes, we decided not to insulate the roof over that garage, but I believe it's a minor change, and installation over the garage can't cost 1500 dollars. I am comparing all included services! Thank you.

Beware of using this company! They want 60% down to schedule the job but there is no follow through to make sure the job gets done. On Monday, Sept 2nd I get an email to pay the balance due.
Caden came out to give an estimate, once I paid on August 21st I was told that Dennis would be doing the work. The work was scheduled for the 30th. On the 28th Dennis called said he need more info. On the 30th Cole called, he was having problems with his truck & would have to reschedule. Cole called back later on the 30th and asked if he could come first thing on the 31st, I agreed with that, HOWEVER he never came or called and no one answered the call & text I sent. Then I find out from Nick at Thermal Shield that Dennis and Cole were from Thermal Advantage and my issue was with them and not Thermal Shield, however I hired Thermal Shield to do the job and they sent the job to Thermal Advantage. Nothing like passing the blame. Now it's going to take at least a week to get my deposit back before I can find another company to do the job they were supposed to do.

Andres and Jesus showed on time, were friendly profession and did a great job adding additional insulation to out home and attic. They cleaned up everything and we would highly recommend the Thermo Shield team.

Thermo Shield installed insulation in the attic of my new home. My house was not cooling properly, and the A/C could not keep up. After installation, there is an obvious difference in temperature and the A/C is finally able to keep up with the AZ heat! Nick and his team communicated well with me throughout the entire process and the price was reasonable considering the quality of work and the other quotes I received. I would highly recommend their services.

ThermoShield was awesome. Levi came out to do our initial quote and helped us find the best solution to cool our front room. They came out about a week later to blow in the insulation in the attic over the room and fix the multiple the air duct leaks we had. Jesus and Andres showed up on time, were efficient, tidy, and did a great job. The room was immediately cooler (even before they left!) and my husband keeps commenting on the how the entire house just feels nice now. There's no one room that's significantly cooler, it's evened out a lot. I'm super happy with their work and would 100% recommend.

An appointment was made to give an estimate for insulation for outside walls, though they did not know the whole project they sent an email claiming that they could not help with a project around 15 minutes after the appointment had started and they did not show up. When called they stated that they could come, but they’re a little bit backed up and it would be a few hours. Due to the unprofessionalism, we did not go through with our services. We did not provide a phone number however we did provide an email address and they had five days to cancel that appointment, but they didn’t do anything till after work was taken off to be available per the scheduled appointment. Suggestion would be that instead of drawing conclusions and waiting till after the appointment to cancel when you have five days to cancel the appointment, it would be better to find out everything about the project or two cancel ahead of time so that you don’t have people taking off work to be there for an appointment that you after appointment has already started And you don’t even show up.

We are very happy with thermo shield. Levi was very easy to work with. Arianna called several times to communicate on progress.
We went with spray foam and had them fix our duct leaks. It took and about a week for the whole thing to get done since it was a big job.
Rafa and his partner (whose name escapes me) worked in extreme heat during that time. Every time I checked on them they were exhausted but polite and informative. They actually talked to you, gave updates, and didn’t dismiss us.
There were a few things they had to touch up at the end of the job which is to be expected but they communicated that to us and Arianna scheduled these things with no additional hassle. Levi came out and inspected the work which is something you don’t see others do.
Overall I would recommend this company. The house is great the people are great and they are committed to doing an excellent job and doing the little things to make a good experience.

Thanks again Caden and Thermo Shield. Haven't seen a drop on electric bill yet, but our house is a lot cooler in the afternoons. Even my laundry room.
