Michael was excellent to work with. While he greeted us quickly, he didn't hover over us and make us feel uncomfortable. He asked us did we want him to accompany us or hang back in case we had questions. He was courteous and followed up with us. The check out process was quick and he explained everything. Can't wait until we get our delivery date. If you go to the Tempe store, ask for Michael M.!

I recently visited The Dump Furniture Outlet and had an incredible experience. On my first visit, I was just browsing and had the pleasure of meeting Naomi Soterion. She warmly offered her assistance but respected my wish to look around without pressure. This no-pressure approach was so refreshing that I decided to return the next day to work with her.Naomi was nothing short of fantastic from start to finish. She demonstrated impressive knowledge across every department we visited, making the shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Her expertise and friendly demeanor made all the difference. I can't say enough great things about Naomi and my experience at The Dump Furniture Outlet. Highly recommended!I'm looking forward to working with her again in the very near future on a new home I'm working on in Fallbrook, CA.
