Paul is such a nice and humorous guy. He got my car taken care of extremely quickly and the price couldn’t have been better. This is definitely the best car shop I have ever been to and from now on, they’ll always be my go-to. :)

I had my car towed to this shop a month ago. And the first major issue they stated was my engine going bad. So my insurance I have on my vehicle covered my entire engine being replaced. A week later the fan on my AC went out and something else. Ok they submitted the claim to my insurance company. My insurance company paid it. A few days later my car stopped again. So with all these tows and rental car payments due to the car shop having my vehicle I have came out of pocket with a lot of money. With me trusting that they are fixing what they say they are fixing. So then I get my car back after they submitted another claim to my insurance stating that oil has leaked into my transmission. They claim they flushed it and replaced something to fix the transmission issue. I want to add I have recorded all my conversations with Travis the guy that says all things in the shop goes through him. ( I asked to speak with the owner on several occasions and I was told I can’t because he can’t give me his information)
Anyway, so they apparently fixed the transmission issue. As of last Thursday my car has been jerking very bad to the point it was stopping. ( I have told Travis several times my car has been jerking and he has told me no worries just drive me and keep me posted. He has even given me his personal phone number and I have reached out to him) So I had to have my car towed on again Sunday (7/28/24) Travis calls me and tells me that my transmission is out. Basically I need an entire new transmission. I explain to him how this is a big inconvenience and that I would like to speak with the owner. He tells me I can’t speak with the owner and if I want to I can try to catch him at the shop. So I go to pick up my vehicle( because my insurance company said they have been over charging you so we will only cover a certain amount and you have to pay the rest) and Travis tells me since I am taking my car I have to pay for his working looking at my car. He gets upset with me because I told him that none of this makes since that the issues they have claimed they fixed has went wrong. So he refused to give my car back until my husband spoke up and he comes out and put my keys on the counter and ask me to sign papers. I refused and left. Moral of my story insurance fraud! Travis kept sending in higher then normal quotes and now my insurance stated that I need to sue them. I have recordings of me telling Travis my car had been jerking since they put the new engine in my car. He tells me it’s ok that’s normal when you install a new engine. Then when he so called fixed the transmission the jerking was getting worse until the transmission light came on. They have lied and when I ask to speak to someone higher then him he tells me I can only speak with him because he makes all the calls. I am livid because now I have to take my car to another shop and have it maintenance all while spending all my money on rental cars and etc. if you take your car here just make sure they doing the work. Because it has been proved they have lied and committed insurance fraud. Travis is nice only when collecting money that wasn’t even owed to them because they never actually did the work.

Took my car in for an oil change after seeing on their website that they had a special for an oil change at $42.95 early in the afternoon. The guy at the desk (don’t want to mention his name) said that they’d honor the special up to 5 quarts. Fair enough, it was on the website and he had informed me. After getting the car back, I was charged a higher price after being told that the special had expired as mentioned on the website (yet, the special is still up on their website). Two points to that:
1) The special was on their website, regardless of what the fine print says (the amount used was below 5 quarts, FYI), and 2) I was told by the front desk that they’d honor the price, and he went back on it AFTER the service was already completed thus taking away my choice to refuse to have my car serviced there based on the change in price.
I don’t often write negative reviews (you can see my review history). I was left unhappy with the behavior which is less about the monetary discrepancy amount but instead makes me wonder where else they are cutting corners, hence they’ve lost at least one potential regular customer.

My employer uses the car shop for maintenance on all his vehicles. The staff is usually very attentive and able to help us out quickly. Paul has been very helpful and communicative each time. Due to the value and consistent good service, I recommend this mechanic

i appreciate The Car Shop for all of my previous visits that I’ve had. Travis has always been on point and is very attentive to customers, I enjoy Paul’s enthusiasm as well. Customer service is always good.
However, up until this month I had a questionable diagnostic done by one of the mechanics. Was told that a leak I had was coming from my hydroboost, and it was a pretty costly fix. I couldn’t justify it as this is a budget project for a camper/work van.
Following my gut, I decided to have another mechanic/diesel tech look at my vehicle. Come to find out, the Hydroboost was entirely fine and the leak was coming off of a hose of the Hydroboost that was very clearly spitting power steering fluid.
Was a HUGE difference in cost when I only had to pay $26 for a new hose and minor labor. If it wasn’t for the good customer service I would’ve left a lower rating but you guys exceed in your communication. Thanks for the help on the other visits I had ??

I am so grateful to have found this shop. I have an older car that loves to breakdown and I recently had my starter replaced by them. I have had very uncomfortable and unfair treatment by OTHER mechanic shops but the Car Shop was a completely different and great experience. All the pricing and work that was needed on my car was communicated to me and the shop was very transparent. I will never go anywhere else.

Service I paid for was rendered professionally and with quality.
However, I was not notified when my vehicle was ready and had to call at the end of my work shift. My seat and steering wheel position was also modified which seems unnecessary for a simple oil change. Will have more work done here but a little rough around the edges.
