It was a terrible experience. The only man that works there a Vietnamese, is very aggressive, violent and abusive. Ladies be careful with him. He have the worst attitude. He was not doing his job correctly, and I know because I have been going for several years and other ladies have given me good pedicures , and I just ask him why he didn't remove the dry skin from some toes. His reaction was star yelling at me and insulting me. He yelled to get out of the place, he almost pulled my arm, but the owner finally intervinened and put herself between him and me.He is not even the owner of Tempe Nails and Wax. The owner was trying to calm him, and when I ask the owner for another person to finished ,he started yelling that in the first place he never wanted to do the pedicure to me. The terrible thing was that the owner Lucy ask me to never return to her place, instead of reprimend him. I was so humiliated and ashamed in front of the other customers.Tempe Nails and Wax is a dangerous place to go. Please ladies be very careful with that Vietnamese guy. He is disrespectful, violent, abusive and insulting, if you complain about his lack of knowledge in pedicures and a good customer service.

Cheap cost and quality at first was pretty good. New set is $80, fill is $50-60. As time progressed, quality and design decreased. I was told they could do designs and then was heavily disappointed when it was completed. Nails chipped often and clear turned yellow. if you get the older man, he rushes and paints way too many coats. My very last set was extremely disappointing (not Pictured) because of various chips and bubbles which led me to seek out another company. I would not recommend if you like quality.

I just got my eyebrows done and I am so dissapointed. She took off my entire eyebrows. Please don't offer this service anymore because you don't know what you are doing. She was super nice, so was other staff. But now my self-confidence is gone.

I've been coming here for a year now. At this point as of now it's nothing but miscommunication with management every time here I came in to get my eyebrows done this time. The communication here is horrible I love going to Nancy here nails a waxing is A1 but even when I call ahead of time or just walk in, It's always come another day and even when I do come back the following day like they tell me. It's always no we're busy , but , how do you guys tell me to come the following day and wont take me? A waste of a drive n time. Luv Nancy but I don't know if I will continue to go here. Nancy service is a 10/10 but communication here is a 1.

I have been going to the location since 2017. Nancy is my constant thru different ownerships. I love getting my pedicures here. Pricing, relaxing, greeted by friendly Nancy. Have been able to get in quickly. New chairs, turnover is always, but Nancy is there.

I had the deluxe pedicure, it was great. As mentioned before on here, great amount of time spent on massage. My nails have never felt better!!! I would recommend this place for pedicures.
