Great up-front customer service, but some services that they said were performed, were not. I have taken in my Kia twice for an oil change and a tire rotation at different times. The first time I assumed they rotated the tires. The second time I took pics of my tires before they took the Kia to the back. 2 hours later, the oil was changed but the tires were not rotated. Too bad they won't let me change the oil myself because an oil change would take me 20 minutes to do.

Salesman Jason is your must go to guy! He knows the product in and out, he fought for our deal for 2 hours after walking is around the lot for 3 hours because I had no idea what I wanted. I would highly recommend if you are even considering Kia that you head over and ask for Jason!!

Went to Tempe Kia on a whim after visiting another dealer. Matt approached immediately and took his time helping us sort through inventory and really compare what we wanted. We purchased a used vehicle with absolutely no pressure and total clarity on price. They made sure every scratch and stain was repaired before letting us take it home, then let us come back a few days later when other minor issues were noticed. Matt was very responsive and always positive. Would recommend this business to anyone looking for ease of shopping and honesty.

If I could give my experience with Tempe Kia zero stars I would. Back in June I purchased a 2024 Kia Seltos through Rodney. When I took my car home on the first day I noticed there was a scuff on the dashboard. I brought it to Rodney’s attention and he said his team would fix it but to make sure I gave him a perfect rating on his survey. I felt like him and his team harassed me to give them a perfect survey score before they fixed my car and I should have known better. To fix the scuff, they had some guy buff out the entire thing and now it looks dull and weird. They completely took the shine off the entire part and the part has been peeling. Scott the service director told me that they would order me a new part and that was 4 months ago… fast forward to now, after trying to get a hold of them for months, I found out they did not order the part. They have been lying to me and probably hoping after some time goes by I will forget about it and leave them alone. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere to buy a car. Rodney and Scott are nothing but a bunch of liars and I will never do business here with them again. And I hope you don’t either.

I've always gotten great service at Kia Tempe Service. I came in, after a dead battery and they were super accommodating and helped with all of my requests and questions and cost concerns. I was helped by Jairo who was super friendly and helpful as well. The car wash was down so unfortunately I didn't get a clean car, but they usually clean it when it is returned.

I could barely believe that I could come to a dealership without an appointment and have my battery tested and replaced in less than 20-minutes. That is EXCEPTIONAL service. Service like that builds loyalty from the customer to the dealership. Thank you for such great service.

Recently I entered Tempe Kia, set on buying a car for my grandson Derek's 17th birthday. I had the pleasure of meeting Matthew Champ, He was outgoing during his introduction, and thoughtful when considering my precautions on buying my grandson a car. He was very thorough in laying out a few options for me, but ultimately I went with the Kia Sportage for its impressive history of high safety ratings. And he reassured me that this was one of the safest options for teen drivers. I was impressed with Matthew's customer service skills, and I left satisfied, feeling I made the best choice for Derek's safety and my peace of mind.

Been getting my car serviced here for a couple of years and the service is phenomenal. They're upfront about diagnostic fees, they never charge for services that are covered by KIA warranty, and they're very mindful of speed and schedule. Your vehicle is in great hands at Tempe Kia!

Tempe Kia has been amazing ever since I walked in the door 4 years ago. I’ve bought two cars now, as well as have multiple family members that have come and bought cars here as well. Chuck and Ben are truly the best! Their service team has also been phenomenal, anything I need or questions they have all been so helpful and a pleasure to work with. I know at Tempe Kia I will be taken care of!

We were a bit disappointed that with the preset appointment that one of the parts in the recall was not available so we have to come back a second time to get it fixed.We were also disappointed that the vehicle was not washed and cleaned as asked.Lastly while I am very appreciative of people recognizing and complimenting my Super Bowl ring, a staff member meant no harm at all, and I don't want the employee fired or punished, but grabbing and holding my hand to see my ring is not appropriate. Asking about it is fine and asking if someone can see it is fine, but it's not appropriate to just randomly grab a customer by the hand for personal gratification.Because of these things, we will have the last recall at this location possibly done but we will not be doing the other repairs at this dealership nor purchase a vehicle and likely not returning once our recall is finally completed

I was looking for something larger but a few years older so I could stay within a specific budget, and they found my 2020 Santa Fe. It’s perfect! I’m so happy with the car and they made the experience pleasant and painless.

Rodney is the best salesman ever! We drove an hour to the dealership for a test drive in the evening. He stayed late to get the deal done so that we wouldn't have to drive home and back out again the next morning. Rodney made sure we drove home happy. It was a smooth process from the test drive through financing. Everyone we spoke to at this dealership was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Tempe Kia to anyone looking for a used or new car. ?
