I got to say that this was a pretty nice car buying experience. Staff around the facility seemed quite friendly. My salesman Alex L was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. He went over in detail about the car and the process into buying the vehicle was straight forward. When we got to financing the vehicle, Josiah C was awesome. He was very transparent, friendly, and worked with us in getting a good deal done. My wife and I walked out happy and look forward to enjoying our new Honda Civic.

When going to Tempe Honda, I had the pleasure of working with Mike Abraham where he had set expectations, was able to be flexible yet also was able to be transparent but made sure the process was smooth and stress free. Thank you Mike for making this all happen as I’m glad to have a car from Honda yet even more glad to have someone that I can go to for anything Honda in the future!

Awesome customer service from the moment we walked in. Me and my girlfriend just moved into town and needed an extra car, and she was leaning towards a Honda. Figured we would go to the closest dealership from where we lived, and it's a good thing we did! Matt Heinrich, our sales consultant, instantly greeted us and talked about some things about what we were looking for without ANY pressure. Knowing what we wanted with the help of Matt, we decided to take the leap in buying the car that we wanted. Matt is very knowledgeable in his product and I highly recommend him when purchasing a vehicle. He made the process smooth and stress free. He also made sure that our brand new car was clean upon delivery and did a very thorough walk-through. Also a shoutout to the finance manager Christian Vezilj for making everything easy and smooth. Highly recommend Tempe Honda for all your sales, parts and service needs. I will definitely be back to check them out for parts and service.

Made appointment and didn’t even have parts then they wait almost an hour to tell me . only to take 2 hours and counting for something else that they said should be an hour now I gotta drive another hour to get here just to wait overly long to get the main thing that needs fixing

Our salesman Luis was helpful, informative and courteous while we shopped for a new vehicle. We have purchased from Tempe Honda before and the experience continues to be great. I had a great experience purchasing my car at Tempe Honda. Everyone was super friendly and didn’t try to push anything on me, which was a huge plus. Ash listened to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect car at a great deal.
Jay from the finance team also made everything really straightforward. Overall, it was a smooth and relatively stress-free experience. I’d definitely recommend Tempe Honda to anyone looking for a new car.
