First dealership that I've ever dealt with where I had a negative experience in 25 years of buying cars. I was in the market to look at a Jeep Compass to see if it was something.i was interested in. Decided to walk the lot and see what was there before my schedule appointment. Sales person Cam came up to me and said I was scheduled to meet with him, which was not accurate. He looked through my information then told me to take a walk with him to the building next door where. I went a long with it and that's where things got even more interesting. Sales staff John Kein tried pushing a used and heavy worn/dinged up Jeep Compass on me that was in two accidents when I pulled the Carfax report myself and had double the mileage that was on my trade in. Then I was lied to stating, "the bank won't take your car but they approved your loan on the Jeep and you can call them to give your car back. Don't tell them you got approved for the Jeep." I immediately questioned why the lender would approve an auto loan on a used car with almost 100k miles and in multiple accidents for $22k but not a new Jeep Compass for the same price. The response made was extremely off-putting from John Kein, "you aren't a level for a new car." I found this really interesting because the alleged lender is the actual lender on my current car. It didn't sit right with me so I said I would think about it and left. The next day I called my lender (that allegedly approved the loan on the used Jeep) spoke with several people and 45 minutes of research concluded that the finance staff at the dealership lied and never submitted any paperwork. I asked for a letter from the lender, which they provided stating such. Annoyed by the deceptive practice, I emailed Albert Jesso and asked to be removed from the call list. Then came today when Cam texted me begging me to write a positive review about my experience with him. After a week of thinking about this and the unethical and deceptive practices used during my visit at the dealership, I've already filed a complaint with the BBB.

Tempe Jeep is a terrific dealership. I bought my Grand Cherokee there in late 2019 and regularly bring it there for service.
Eddie James is my usual service advisor. Eddie is the best service advisor I have ever had in any dealership over many years. I learn something new every visit.

This was my first time going to Tempe Jeep. I was greeted immediately…there was not a long wait.
Sarah was wonderful to work with! She confirmed all my information and discussed my concerns. My Jeep was serviced quickly and efficiently. I got a check list of my car’s current condition and future work needed.
It was a very positive experience! I will be returning to this dealership.

Cam made our buying experience so much less stressful than we’ve ever experienced when buying a new vehicle! He really worked with us and listened when we told him what we were looking for and what our budget was. He also made sure we got the best price possible for our trade in. Between test drives and the actual buying process we were in and out and record time. It was a pleasant experience all around.
