I purchased a new 2018 Optima and always bring it here for service. The staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. The work has always been done correctly the first time and the prices are very good.

Dealers in this autoplex usually have more inventory then most we have found. And usually do not have nearly as many markups on the vehicle pricing.

Service attendant lost our Jeep. We bought it used from this dealership 4 months ago. We took it in for a new battery. They called us to let us know it was ready to be picked up. But when we got there, no one knew where it was. Yes they were really busy. It took them 4 hours to find our Jeep. Next time don't call us to tell us it's ready to be picked up unless you know exactly where you left it!

I needed a new battery for my fob and Michael in parts at Honda put it in for me and also helped my sister with a battery for her fob and she has a mazda... great customer service!

Alex trainer) and Daniel (trainee) sold me a 2022 Jeep Compass and it was an amazing experience. They were able to advise the best model for me and taught me how to use all of the key features of my new vehicle. Lots of vehicles, new & used from multiple dealerships. I've had good luck with working with two different dealerships on separate occasions. Both have been very good to work with and I've been pleased. Definitely would return.

Have bought four vehicles from two different dealerships at this location. Being a female I appreciate sales people who don't assume that if I am with a male and that he is the buyer. Have walked away from several dealerships in the valley for that reason.

Tempe Dodge. It's okay. Not enough information available for the new cars, couldn't find the more affordable ones like the Dart, 2000 or anything really. New car display needs a lot of work. Visually I found it dull and lacking. The way the new cars are set up for display inside the building, immediately outside and on the lot..... well there is really nothing interesting about looking around at all. Here is one of these, there is one of those, and there's 20 of those lined up in 1 or 2 boring colors. They could really use someone who understands the importance of selection and visual appeal to set up the display over there. Where is the information for people to see what Dodge even sells these days. I didn't see other dealers because I was there to drop off my car with the service department , but I tried to look at the new cars. No one spoke to me during the 20 minutes I walked around while waiting for my ride home. That would of been fine but I couldn't find anything interesting to look at.
