If I could give a 0 star I would. I came in a year ago needing a new phone. I was, in short, lied to, and scammed into creating two accounts and paying for two phones. It is now on my credit and I have yet to get it resolved. I wish I had his name :((( can't wait to change carriers

This place is TERRIBLE.1. The sales rep RAE was who helped me this afternoon. I came in and asked her if there were any deals on phones and she said there was a BOGO deal for iPhones going on. The entire time she was trying to figure out if I qualified and took her about 40 minutes to. She DID NOT NOTIFY me of the clause on that deal until I ran the numbers myself .. and that was that I needed to get a new line. I was about to purchase the phones and I had to stop her myself before I was scammed into buying a new line.I notified her and told her she did not include this information to me and I asked to speak to the manager, she told the manager that I heard of this BOGO deal from a different store without the additional line clause and LIED about the situation. I told him she did not at all inform me and I was about to get a new line without knowing so.2. I ended up purchasing the two phones and RAE was very dismissive, not paying attention to me or making eye contact. She took a LONG TIME IN the back for absolutely no reason, or it may have been to keep her composure.she came out and said “hey Al phones are now coming with accessories so go head and choose the ones you want” I did just that and after a while, because of that incident and she finished scanning those accessories in I asked her if they were free, and she said they were today but I would pay them on my monthly payment plan. I WAS SO UPSET because once again they tried to lie to me or scam me without even being full front honest. I told her to get her manager again, he came out and I expressed my concern. He told me that all phones are being charged with accessories and if I don’t get the two phones with accessories then I would have to do to the BOGO deal which makes no sense at all.I left the store very upset, the team there was not being cooperative and fully intended to scam me. I called another T-mobile and they said that was not the case . The accessories are NOT required for a phone purchase that they did scam me, just to make a sale . The management there did not do a great job with attending to me after RAE. had done nothing but be dishonest. The entire team needs to be replaced

Team member at T Mobile on Southern was so rude. Also only had 1 person working. Waited 30 minutes to be treated horribly

Shout out to Rae! I came in needing help setting up my new iPhone after receiving incorrect setup instructions. The whole T-Mobile system was down but she managed to somehow figure out a workaround and setup my phone. She was quick, kind, and compassionate. Thank you, Rae!

Jordan was of little assistance,had no definitive answers other than "That is just the way they do it" I went with another person who was looking to get their phone replaced and had thought about switching plans from AT&T to T-Mobile and based on that experience I would never. He was so focused on trying to upsell little nonsense things he missed out on what could have been a beneficial sale. Not sure how other locations are but not really motivated to go find out if that is the caliber of people they employ.

This store has lazy rude representatives. Last night the man and woman who were working couldn't care less about helping customers. All they cared about was listening to the music they had blaring and playing with their phones.

Went in to cancel 2 lines and buy myself a new phone and Sammie was great, but the manager Jordan was a piece of work. Originally I had 3 lines, home internet, and a tablet line. My roommate and I switched from Verizon a few months ago and only needed 2 phone lines and the tablet line, and we got a 3rd phone line for free, cool, no complaints. We only moved the tablet line cause we didn't want it to be stuck at Verizon and they wouldn't let us cancel it. We were originally told we had to wait 30 days before we could cancel, so no biggie, we waited until yesterday. Now fast forward to yesterday, my roommate has ported back to Verizon, so I decide to go in to cancel the other phone line and the tablet because without the 3rd line, I was essentially paying for a line I did not need and a tablet that we don't use. Sammie let me know that id have to call customer care so I said I'll do it when I get home, but then Jordan calls her over and tells her to "move some things around and change my plan so I can get a promotion" cause it would only raise my bill 20 bucks! I tell him no because my plan is to cancel the remaining line on my account, cancel the iPad line, and buy myself a new phone because I'd save 85 bucks from cancelling the lines and adding a phone would only add 40 bucks, so all in all I save 40 dollars a month and leave with a new phone. Jordan starts lying and saying it would be cheaper to keep all the lines because I'll get charged "60-70 bucks in cancellation fees per line" I told him if there is such a fee I'd rather pay that once than pay for lines I don't need every month. After I pulled up out a calculator and did the math for him, he gave up and went in the back. After Jordan the Scammer left I actually had a really pleasant experience and Sammie helped me pick out my new phone! If you don't have patience for games and sales tactics go to a corporate T-Mobile store, not this 3rd party. If you don't care or have no choice, make sure Jordan stays far away from your bill.

Just wanna say. The service we got from Angelica was 5 stars. We got five phones and went from att to T-Mobile. She worked endless hours to get us the best deals she could. So, awesome customer service. Now we are waiting to see if all the deals go thru along with the right price monthly. I will be doing a review on that as well! Thanks Angelica, it was great meeting you and thanks for ALL your patience and knowledge in what you do!!

Just stopped in to grab a couple mobile hotspots and it was an excellent experience!! Recommend this T-Mobile store for services!The ladies that helped were awesome! I even informed them of a place to do some cheap and good Christmas shopping!Thank You!
