This is the first dispensary I’ve been to in Phoenix and my experience was great. The setup is a little different than other dispensaries I’ve been to in the country but the customer service was great. The employees are very knowledgeable about their products. I walked away with some good deals, will definitely be back.

Never seems to be busy when I go in but always out of stock for lots of products. Have to go to a 3rd or 4th choice if you're willing to settle. Have had to walk out empty handed because of poor inventory control. Very disappointing.

The first thing is it takes 10 minutes to even get help which should be unacceptable. Then when I tried signing up and get the 30% off they said I couldn't cause I am an out of state resident but l have lived here for 4 years for school and I am very upset about this. Also when I received my product honestly every single cartridge I taste is tasting like burnt ash. I hate this store and the products and will not be coming back any time soon. I tried calling to get my money back and return the products and was told it was my fault. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE when running a business especially when I purchased 5 products and out of 3 of them were bad.

Nice atmosphere. Different vibe from all the other dispensaries in the Phoenix metro area. Nice layout with display cases in the middle of the store.

The staff here are wonderful. Unfortunately an accurate description of management is against google's community standards. "Pathetic" is speaking too highly of them. ??

The best experience I've had in awhile. Wyatt was extremely sweet and patient with me when my card declined twice and running out to get money twice lol even though he had a long day he was still very kind and sweet. Thank you for the experience!

Bought a "quarter" of Wedding Cake, by The Pharm the other night. Weed was ?, bag was short though, I probably won't get those anymore, and I'll probably be weighing everything I get from dispensaries from now on, as I wonder how many times my bag has been short.

The only dispensary I go to anymore because of the laid back, friendly atmosphere and convenience. Very inviting, unlike many dispensaries I've been to. I appreciate their work at creating a positive experience.

So I received a email about the 222 deal that supposedly guarantees anywhere from 222 to 2,222 in gift cards for the first 222 customers plus every envelope gets sprinkled with a little flower power.... I was 4th in line and I only got a free jar of dusties, so was that the sprinkled flower power what about the 222 to 2,2,222 dollars in store credits u was promised ?
