I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Spot Freight. The entire process, from communication to delivery, was riddled with issues. Here’s a summary of my experience:
Poor Communication: The team was slow to respond, and when they did, the information provided was inconsistent and unclear. It felt like they were never on the same page, which caused unnecessary delays and confusion.
Missed Deadlines: Our shipment was not picked up or delivered on time, despite repeated assurances. This caused serious disruption to our supply chain and led to additional costs.
Unprofessional Customer Service: When we tried to resolve these issues, their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. It felt like they didn’t care about finding a solution, and at times, they were even rude.
Overpriced for Poor Service: Given the level of service we received, the rates were far too high. There are plenty of other logistics companies out there that offer better service for much more reasonable prices.

I recently had the pleasure of partnering with a Spot freight company, broker ''Shub'' for my business's shipping needs, and I cannot speak highly enough about their exceptional service. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
