I recently had the pleasure of taking my Tesla Model 3 to Kaizen Collision Center for repairs, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional.

I've had to work with Kaizen a few times for various glass and other damage to my vehicle, and every time I've had a great experience – especially on the glass side. Darik, Austin, and Rob have taken care of my windshield replacements with professionalism and speed, and Melody on the collision side helped out tremendously when I had some rear fender damage. Highly recommend coming here, especially if you're driving a Rivian or Tesla!

Darik and Austin from Kaizen Collision Glass did a fantastic job replacing the windshield on my Rivian R1T. They worked with my insurance, were extremely communicative, and had it done in less time than quoted. If you have a Rivian or Tesla, I highly recommend them for any glass or body work.

Everybody has a bad day including me and I’m sure including the person that I spoke to on the phone. I just took down my review that I had previously placed with a bad review and I’m now replacing it with a five star review based upon the response from the owner. I wanted to publicly apologize to Kaizen autobody for my previous review. I was having a bad day and had a bad phone call with one of your representatives and didn’t get the answer that I wanted so I took it out on a review. But this review stand for other people that might be having a bad day to think twice and take a few minutes before writing a review just because you didn’t hear what you wanted to. Again, I would like to apologize to the owners of Kaizen collision center in Tempe for my previous review I hope you accept this apology.

I loved how professional and responsive they were! They definitely did an amazing job on my car! I got in and EVERYTHING was clean. Inside and out! The paint was perfect. Everything was perfect! Couldn't be more happy with how everything turned out!

Horrible experience , waited over 35+ days for car that had very little damage and was told 3 different dates and still have not seen car yet.
