This was my first time coming here and I will absolutely be returning. Kelsey was an amazing help, she was knowledgeable and willing to give suggestions and bring out multiple options for what I was looking for. Phenomenal customer service. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and patient while I tried on different pairs of shoes, until we found one that was a perfect size/style/comfort level. I especially appreciate that they didn't try to upsell me on anything, and there were no hidden fees, no 'tips', no awkward comments like 'please leave us a good review'... Just a straightforward, professional, stress-free transaction. Thank you - will definitely be returning in the future. :)

A must-visit if you want to find the right running shoes! They start by giving you a quick analysis and bringing you several pairs to try. This is super helpful if you find all the options overwhelming and you're not sure what to look for. I've been wearing the same worn-out shoes forever and they made the process of finding new shoes much easier for me.The employees are all very nice. Julien was super attentive and patient even while the store was busy. I'm very satisfied with the experience and with my new shoes!

This store was the best. They took their time analyzed how we walked. And they had a specialized machine to see how our arches and how our gate was sales person was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient and recommended several sneakers which we tried on before we bought.

Great service, very accommodating and worked with me to find the shoes that work best given my knees. I have bought a couple of pairs of shoes in Tempe and one pair in Scottsdale and each time I had the same excellent consistent service. They know what they are doing, provide solid advice based on gait, etc. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I'll be back!
