Today, both of my parents went in to Skechers shoes in Tempe Phoenix, Arizona, Arizona Mills mall, My parents experience was very poorly. There was four individuals that worked there standing around my parents didn’t get any help., Oh my dad did was whistled the guy to get his attention and the guy got mad at my father told him don’t be whistling at me had an attitude… Well, Dave would you have wanted to be cussed at you? Don’t know if my dad how to disability to where he couldn’t speak so he whistled at you and you said you got offended, well Dave, maybe you shouldn’t work at the store if you don’t have customer service skills nobody told you to apply there but yourself so if you can’t work with the community then maybe you should look for some other job… You do not treat customers that way at all, and when I contact the store, I asked to speak to a supervisor and the person that I spoke to he said his name was Landon that was the only person that helped my parents, but when I was speaking to him. I don’t know if it was him or that other guy Dave, because my mom said that Landon was on the floor making restocking the store making sure And Dave was just answering the phone so Dave I hope that this gets a lot of people‘s attention and don’t go to your store because my parents won’t go back there no more and I will contact our corporate office and let them know how you’re treating your customers Dave!!! So if anybody sees us do not go to that sketcher Cause another customer came out as my parents were walking in and she said to my mom they’re very RUDE!!!!

I'm not sure what considers this an outlet. Even the clearance prices are only $10 less than regular price. Everything is priced the same as it is anywhere else. $50 for the cheaper shoes and $90 for the good ones. Also, the store is so quiet that I actually did hear a paperclip hit the floor.

Went to get some new work shoes and they only had 1 shoe in my size, they couldn't find the other shoe, so I went up a size and what do you know only 1 shoe and they can't find the other....... I just left.......
