One thing most of those companies have had in common is an inability to keep communication flowing from the project start to finish and/or a tendency to delay smaller projects in favor of bigger ones. I had a large project out of state recently. I asked him if he could take it on ,and he did. he traveled 700 miles to take care of our company needs that is someone that goes the distance for his customers I’m a true believer that you can get any products most of the time, but I always go for somebody or a company for the customer service that they bring to the table.”

“I'm really impressed with their service. I have no woodworking tools but wanted to build some speakers cabinets. I asked Fred about getting parts made up for me; a small one off job. He quoted me a really good price and told me I could expect a week or so before they'd be available. Dropped the material and plans off on Tuesday. Three days later on Friday I got an email the parts were ready to pick up. Nice!When I dry fit the parts and dropped in the drivers which were recessed to be flush with front the baffle, everything fit like a glove! I'm really impressed with the tolerances and how well everything was machined, and how tightly everything fit.I had a really pleasant experience with Fred and CNC Labworks and will be using their service for any more speaker cabinet builds in the future.”

“I have visited this location quite a few times over the past few months, and each time Chantry has been there, welcoming, and so very helpful and patient! I had to ship a bunch of stuff to Dubai a few months back and I was very nervous and overwhelmed, not wanting to mess up the address or the shipment for my bosses. Chantry helped me figure everything out, and also filled out the customs forms for me.I work/live closer to a couple other shipping places, but each time I will drive out of my way to come to this location, mainly because I know Chantry will get my shipment done fast and correctly! All I can say is this location is lucky to have someone like him! I highly recommend you visit this location for any shipping needs!”
