Went to find a fathers day gift for my husband and was greeted by the bald man who was so eager to welcome us into store. Found the shoes husband liked and was unable to find anyone to help until the sales representative sarah came to help. Went above and beyond to make sure they had husbands size in stock, and if not was offering other stores that would have it in stock. She even offered to help put his shoe on for a try on but we found it wierd so we politely declined. Would definitely come back because of how polite, and sweet service she gave.

I receive amazing customer service from a great group! I am always greeted upon entry and asked how I am doing. Jacky is one of the best! Keep of the great work and as far as the District Manager, he needs to stop treating his staff so badly and speaking to them so horribly and to do it in the store in front of customers, is absolutely unacceptable get it together DM!

Went in to buy some shoes for my son and we always come to this location but yesterday one of the team members his name was Chancye went above and beyond he really helped to ge the correct size for my son if he wouldn't explain the difference on the shoes and how it changes on every shoe I would of got my son a shoes that would of been to big of a size for him also Jacob had good customer service over great job chancye!! You were a big help and I hope above management see this

I came in with family members that came in from out of town. When we shop at places we spend a lot wherever we go but not if service is bad. We walked into this store to look at the shoes. My brother asked a female associate for some help and she looked at my brother and walked away from him rolling her eyes and talking under her breath. She didn't think that we would see her but we did. We went elsewhere to spend our money. Your company missed out on a huge sale because of your employee. I would not recommend anyone I know shop in this store. Fix YOUR EMPLOYEES attitudes. Not our problem YOUR EMPLOYEES are having a bad day. Leave your issues at the door when you walk through the doors.

My boyfriend and I visited Foot Locker; were in the store for more than 5 minutes with no interaction at all from associates - we left. We walked into Shoe Palace and was immediately met by Johdee, with a smiling face and an eager to please attitude. She was SO HELPFUL and so pleasant! We are now loyal customers thanks to her superior customer service!

Bad customer service.... She was more concerned about her face time call on her Cell phone than helping the customers..... Either your going to work or talk on your phone while on the clock smdh....Not good at all

Once I entered this Shoe Place, I was greeted by a friendly associate and had asked if I was looking for something specific. I've always appreciated excellent customer service and have determination to help others. Wow! While looking around, I've noticed every employees here are active. They all have dusting cloths in their hands wiping either the racks of their apparels, the shoe wall shelves or the big mirror walls. This SP is spotless! Super organized and everyone are very helpful and friendly. I felt extremely welcome at this store. We ended up buying two beautiful shoes as they carry some unique designs here. As I walked out of the store, I had to give compliments and acknowledge them due to their hard working employees. I highly recommended this Shoe Palace inside the AZ Mills for shopping comfortably and having a clean environment. I would definitely come back here to shop. ***ShoutOut!*** You all are amazing, Keep smiling and Keep it up!

Will make every excuse not to take your returns, music was louder than the cashier, basically no customer service, took multiple tries to get someone to grab the shoes i wanted to try on. 0/10 store, 0/10 company. Do not shop here.

I want to give the staff a break and talk about the district! I didn't see very many mistakes that couldn't be fix or worked on. What I do know is if the store is that bad it's a reflection of the higher management not always the store manager, store assistant or associates. I have shopped for too many years not to pay attention. If the staff is unhappy blame district! It's their job to over see and correct! Looks like the district manager is not doing his job. All of that to say, I read the reviews before I post my experience so I can compare. I did not experience all of that negative energy. They sound like one off situation reported sporadically. The staff was attentive and polite! I asked to speak with the manager just give praise on the young staff. Hats off to the store manager Chris for keeping his store together. Nice to meet you and as long as you are working I'll keep send people your way. Don't forget what I said...keep that handsome smile .I gave 5 stars for the unappreciated staff that sold you your shoes on your feet!

I bought my son shoes on Sunday. He was putting them on Monday morning to go to work and 2 of the eyelets broke. He took them back on Tuesday and they refused to refund our money or give store credit. He never wore them one day!! I took them back on Wednesday and they tried to tell me that they have to be returned in the condition in which they were purchased. The reason I returned them was because there was obviously something wrong with them. After the poor kid at the register had several meetings with the manager in the back room and me finally saying I’m not giving up and will pursue this until I get a refund they finally decided they would refund me “this one time”. The manager never came out to talk to me. Terrible company policy! I’ll never shop there again and will tell people about the bad experience I had!
