“Every employee I've met here is amazing. They go above any beyond. They multi task really well it's impressive. They can handle when a bunch of people walk in. They even handle really horrible customers with professional kindness. Even customers they see often they know by name.
When I'm semi in the area, I'll drive just to go to this location.
I give them thank you gifts for their amazing service. That's rare in this world. When I have it, I give them gift cards too. They deserve so much more. I hope they get a raise or something ?. I hope the manager or owner of the store knows how lucky they are to have such a great team.”

“I’ve been to this UPS store a few times now. Colin is always super helpful and attentive, and has always greeted me when I walk in. The manager Angelica explains all shipping options to me so I know what’s best for my small business. The third guy working there (Binniam?) is always smiling and patient when he helps others. There is a UPS closer to me, but I go out of my way to visit this one because of the staff. Keep up the awesome work!”
“Yo I've been coming to this fedex for some years and Zachary has helped me every single time. I literally probably come to this fedex like once or twice every six months and Zachary is not a manager yet? y'all need to promote that man. Zachary has exceptional customer service and I can tell he loves working here bro. It's messed up he has not gotten a promotion yet. He deserves the top spot there at least as a manager. Promote that man!! NOW!! HE DESERVES IT!”

“I have visited this location quite a few times over the past few months, and each time Chantry has been there, welcoming, and so very helpful and patient! I had to ship a bunch of stuff to Dubai a few months back and I was very nervous and overwhelmed, not wanting to mess up the address or the shipment for my bosses. Chantry helped me figure everything out, and also filled out the customs forms for me.I work/live closer to a couple other shipping places, but each time I will drive out of my way to come to this location, mainly because I know Chantry will get my shipment done fast and correctly! All I can say is this location is lucky to have someone like him! I highly recommend you visit this location for any shipping needs!”

“They process incoming packages very quickly, usually within 1 hour! Probably not the best option for those not living on campus, but the location is very convenient for those of us in the dorms.
One note, though: They have a policy of returning ANY packages that do not match the name on file EXACTLY. I almost lost my package because the seller truncated my last name (100% their fault, I gave them the correct name), IMO if a package is sent to your mailbox (and especially if the first name and last initial match), they should at least let you know...
but hey, it's just the policy's fault, and the employees were very accommodating when I asked about where my package was”
“This is a small, locally owned mail shop with novelty candy and soda in the store. Notably, they open earlier than nearby post offices. The ability to mail packages before 9am during the week is very useful.”
