The guy was as helpful as he could be but was not able to provide the service I needed. I am disappointed in Sherwin Williams, not the guy working there. I was trying to get a color match to paint some new hub caps I purchased. There wasn't any sort of booklet with different makes and models of vehicles and the guy handed be 3 fat stacks of color cards and sent me out to my truck to find something I was happy with. I came back in with something I thought may have been close and it turned out that color (like many others in those stacks of color cards) was not going to mix right nor give me the desired finish. I would also need a clear coat. Then came the price...it was going to cost me over $80 for the paint and clear coat and he said it may not work. Sherwin Williams, if you're going to have a special store for "automotive" at least have booklets with color schemes for the different makes and models.

This is my first google review simply because I've never been as impressed with a business's customer service as I was today. This was hands down the best customer service I've ever had. I came in knowing nothing and was for once not upchargerd. My sales rep did the opposite and went through every possible solution in order to get me the best price possible. I will %100 be shopping here in the future.

Called in to check availability of a particular type of paint for a restoration project I'm working on. Cassie was very friendly on the phone and said that the product was offered in several shades of the color I was looking for. Came down the next morning and used their color chart on my vehicle. Store is clean and easy to find what you need. Paint was ordered, and arrived within 72 hours at the store. Paid on pickup and grabbed some other items I needed for this old car. This store is geared primarily towards body shops but that makes it especially appealing to people like me who DIY and want top quality body shop supplies. Thanks again to Cassie for helping me find the right shade of SEM Color Coat for refinishing parts of my VW's interior.

I was helped by Jordan at this store who went *way out of his way* to help me. I needed help painting my car hood and he hooked me up with all the supplies I needed and mixed the paint himself. He explained everything I needed to paint my hood--in detail, step by step as I took notes. I went back to the shop several times and they always welcomed me and never made me feel like I was wasting their time even though I asked a lot of questions and did not buy much.

Arrogant and and impatient young manager lacks any expertise with automotive finishes. Sherwin Williams may make great paint, but don't get it here. Center Paints on Stevens Creek was extra helpful with paint for my 1915 Stanley Steamer restoration.
