Wow! I’ve been shopping at Sephora for years and I had the best experience at this location. Destiny was the representative that helped me and she was so professional and thoughtful. I was on a budget and they helped pick out good products within my price range and was very relatable. I was also very picky and they were patient and suggested good products. I will be coming back because the service from not only destiny but everyone was so kindhearted.

Walked in to pick up new product… several associates were standing around and never asked to help. I tried locating the product in the drawer as the shelves were not stocked and was told that wasn’t allowed. Maybe if you did your job customers would not have to go to these lengths. I will continue going to my other location as it is well stocked and the workers are pleasant.

I had a full face of makeup done by Dani for a photoshoot and she did an amazing job. She took time to explain her process and ask me what vibe I was going for. I was on a bit of a time crunch and she made sure she got me out of there while still doing an amazing job. It was a last minute decision to book and no regrets, I will book again if I need a full face of makeup!

Very genuinely, what is the point of doing online pickup if it’s slower than finding your items and buying them in store? All of the SA’s were behind the counter when I came in, so I waited in line. Then, one walked away. I went up to them, told them I had an online order, and they told me to go wait in line. I do so, walk up to the open register, to have that SA tell me the next person would take care of me and walk away without me even opening my mouth. Waited another 5 minutes in line to FINALLY! get helped by a SA that told me she could check me out if I had a credit card. There was nothing in my hands except for a cellphone, so what exactly did she think I was buying? Regardless, that whole process takes another 3-4 minutes. I literally could’ve spent the entire time actually finding my items and buying them. Moral of the story, the staff here is sucky and online pickup has no time-saving abilities.

I couldn't find my receipt to do a direct store survey review thing, but I still wanted to leave one! My friend and I were in about a week ago (I wanna say it was 6/3), and I've never bought makeup in my life, so I had no idea where to even start with anything. We were just looking for some simple stuff for cosplays, and the amazing Ava helped us out when we finally came to the conclusion we were in over our heads. She was super patient and friendly with us, helped direct us to different brands of concealer and contour, and helped pick out the right shades for my skintone. Really made the intimidating experience of makeup shopping a super pleasant one!
