Shady shop! If need repairs do not come here !!! I brought my Tahoe in because I was in a accident, which usually when you drop off a car the shop will notify and the insurance sends out a adjuster to do a estimate . Not here! This shop disassembled the vehicle and let it sit . the adjuster came and determined a total loss and now i'm being told if I want to keep my vehicle then I have to put back together, ugh excuse me!!!! Never have i've heard of 1. a vehicle being taken apart before insurance even showing up and 2. if deciding to keep vehicle then I put back together when I didn't even tell them to take apart ! Completely absurd.

Do not bring your car to these guys for any type of work they will rob you and your insurance or whoever you got. Claim against over price and took my vehicle apart before adjuster got there I pray to his I should had never brought my vehicle to them kuz now I have no vehicle if I could give them zero stars I would

I would never go back again! Gave my Hyundai Elantra for repair in June 2023. Communication was horrible, starting with the untrained staff at the reception and then to higher management with Shayna and Alex. They wouldn't give me any ballpark or range on the expected time. So, when they finally acknowledged that it took them a lot of time, Alex told me the staff was untrained and took notes on what went wrong. Then said something really strange about how they were never aggressive with me as the other auto body shops do (As if to say I should gladly accept their flaws because they haven't threatened me). Then promised me a refund of $200, shook my hand and then went back on the promise. As a consolation kept saying how he has these wheel skins for me (reminded me 3 times during our conversation) and then when it was time to give those skins found out he didn't have them. That's when I discovered no one in the company knew how to keep any promises or had any basic business communication skills. I strongly recommend against going here.

we had a very difficult situation. long story short, Alex went above and beyond to take care of our sons moon roof. he drove the car to another location in phoenix and even brought it back. Alex is amazing!!!

I'll start off by saying the quality of the repair and the prices that are charged are very good. Their painting matches 100% and is blended super well, overall in terms of quality I'd rate it 5 stars.However, I've given them 2 stars because their communication is downright abhorrent. There were many many many times when I found myself having to call 3-6 times per week to try to get any sort of an update from them, but was always met with "so and so will give you a call back" Which seldom if ever happened. I wouldn't use them again personally for any large jobs, but if just painting some panels or the like, I'd be likely to use their services for that.Overall I think they do good work, but their communication is just not up to the same quality.

I just Wanna say Luis was beyond amazing. He communicated with me with every step of the way and was very kind and patient with me and all my questions. He is the best. Definitely recommend Luis for any future work

Manny and the crew over at Scottsdale Collision Center were amazing with handling our totaled out vehicle. 10/10 recommend especially if in a pinch. Their customer service was truly top class and they went above and beyond to work with us.

The team at SCC exceeded my expectations on multiple occasions. They display very high quality standards, and their customer service is fantastic. I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know or care about. While there were some minor set backs, they handled them all with genuine care and attention.In terms of the setback, USAA proved to me that their word means nothing. As the parts took longer than anticipated (normal occurance now a days), and my rental coverage timeframe diminished, they refused to extend my rental by a week, leaving me completely standed. There's a lot more to that one, but I digress. You can check out the review I left for them if you'd like. As a result, SCC bumped my vehicle up to be complete sooner than expected. While they did not HAVE to do this... they chose to, and it's a huge reason I'm here taking the time to write this review for them. Good job, guys & girls... seriously!!Second, the team at SCC kept me informed about my vehicle's progress on a weekly to bi-weekly basis throughout the entire process. They also took over a lot of the communication with the insurance company, which again, went a long way.Lastly, the afternoon I picked up the vehicle, it was detailed inside and out. That night, after leaving, I noticed one of my LED fog lights was burnt out. I took my truck back a couple of days later, and let them know what was going on. Without hesitation, the shop manager took my keys, replaced the fog bulb, and had me back on the road in less than 15 minutes.While my vehicle's parts did take longer than anticipated, and the insurance company literally left me stranded, the team at SCC proved that good customer service still exists. The fact that their work is spot on is a massive added bonus!

I cannot say enough good things about the level of customer service and the follow through. Everything was explained clearly, with timeframes they stayed true to throughout the process of repairing my car. This was an exceptional customer service experience and I highly recommend Alex Rosales, he is a true professional.

Thank Scottsdale Collision Center for repairing my carbon fiber top to my C7 z06 corvette. When I arrived with my top ,I received a quote and a timeline for it to be done. Not only was the quote reasonable but the time they turned around my top was quicker than expected. My top came out perfect and you can't even tell it was damaged. Highly recommend. Great company to work with as they are extremely diligent and responsive to all questions and requests. As your vehicle advances through each stage of the repair process they will inform you of the status and estimated pick up date, if available. Spoke and/or met with Andre, Luis, Manny, and Artemis and each time they were helpful, professional, and always responsive—even after normal business hours. If you are unfamiliar with how the insurance and/or repair process works, they will take the time to discuss each phase with you and will explain your options to you in detail.When I picked my vehicle up, Manny was waiting for me—again after normal business hours due to my schedule—and was professional and accommodating. My car looks brand new and they even detailed the inside.If you need your vehicle repaired and are looking for a collision shop, look no further.

It was a pleasure doing business here. All of the staff were professional. Voice messages always returned promptly. I was given updates every few days. And while the insurance company wanted them to look for used parts, they insisted on actual Toyota replacement parts. My repaired car looks great. And the car was cleaned inside and out.Thanks to Kara, Manny, Alex and Arti fir a professional service. Sorry if I missed anyone else. Great teamwork.

I am so appreciative for SCC- Andre and Manny and their entire crew. Everyone is so nice. They helped us navigate the process of the accident outcomes to our daughters’ car. We needed to decide whether to do a claim and what the process to do that was - always keeping in mind how much we loved the car but how safe it was for our kids to drive as the damage to the car got bigger and bigger.It was sad for us to loose a car we really loved but just as sad to not be able to talk to Andre and Manny. They are really really nice and very honest humans! Kinda rare these days. A huge thanks for all the updates and honesty thru our experience. Can’t say enough about this place.
