We recently purchased several pieces of furniture for our office from the Salt Creek Furniture store on *************. Our entire experience, starting with our visit to the showroom and interaction/product explanations with their salesperson (*****) through the very thoughtful and careful delivery, could not have been any better!I have many previous furniture-buying experiences (and furniture quality) to compare with the Salt Creek purchase. Their showroom provided for an excellent understanding of what they build (types, craftsmanship, selection, finish options, etc.), and ***** took the time to show us a variety of options available for the types of pieces we were looking to combine for our home office. We left the showroom with a very good idea of what we were going to order, and returned to our home to verify (dimensions, color/finishes), and then called ***** with questions that he readily (and thoroughly) answered before we placed our order with him. To ensure accuracy and intent, he sent us sketches, etc. to verify our exact specifications before placing the order with their shop. These are custom-built pieces; the quality is extraordinary....and it's worth the wait! The lead time for receiving furniture (especially custom-built) is not short....especially since Covid.When it came time to schedule/coordinate delivery they were great to work with, and readily re-scheduled (at our request due to a sudden winter storm). The 2 men that delivered our pieces were very professional, careful (took the time to assess a somewhat difficult access), and courteous. Every move was executed with precision and the delivery (and installation) was flawless!We've just completed a follow-up order. I highly recommend Salt Creek Furniture!

I had the worst experience with a business that I've ever had here. I went to the store to purchase a bed and ended up purchasing one that wasn't in stock but was told that it would be in stock and available for me to pick up two weeks later. It wasn't available until over a month later. We picked it up, brought it home and started setting it up and realized there's damages on there as if it was a floor model, and it was the wrong color. Some of the pieces were white and some of them were eggshell. We called about this and after going through multiple people, they said they would set up a delivery for us with the correct color in two business days. Now it's been about a week and they say they don't have it and won't be able to deliver it until next week. We asked for a refund, but they will only give us 50% back. Absolutely ridiculous and completely overpriced

As soon as I paid the 50% deposit on my furniture from the Glendale store, the service evaporated. We were promised the furniture in 12-14 weeks. It's been more than 15 weeks. The salesperson is very rude when we have called and no one ever calls us back. I will NEVER buy furniture from this place again.

We bought a sectional and had it delivered. The guys who delivered it scratched the door, put a dent in the wall and broke a coat rack.Two cushions and three throw pillows were missing??? Called customer service who never answer the phone. After 4 days got a call back. Said it would be here on a Saturday never got a hold of us. Came on Monday and her offers $100.00 to fix our problems. What a joke when you spend 5k.

My husband and I visited the Glendale store. We needed to purchase a whole house full of furniture for a new house. The store and furniture are beautiful, but we had a very weird experience. Brenda was helping me as I don't have any design experience. We picked out furniture for several rooms. Looking at fabrics and selecting pieces of furniture that were perfect for our new home. Suddenly, we felt very rushed and brushed off to get out of there. There was no one waiting for assistance but it was clear we were done, even though we hadn't picked out several pieces I was still needing. Brenda said she'd write up all of our choices, fabrics, metal colors and pricing, including guest bedroom furniture selections and a couple other pieces I needed and email me. That was on February 12. Today is February 25 and I haven't heard a peep from her. Too bad, so sad, we'll furnish our new home elsewhere.

This company is horrible. I bought a table, six chairs and an entire bedroom suite. All of the items were delivered with flaws. They do NOT replace any of the damaged furniture. Instead they send Joe out to fix it. Joe doesn't do a very good job. It also took them about 8 months to take care of it. Yesterday I put the leaf in the table. It doesn't fit. The holes are offset. I'm so upset, I paid a lot of money for this table. They told me because I've never mentioned the problem and the table only had a one year warranty that they will not do anything. Are you kidding me? Who would think the leaf wouldn't fit? So now it's going to be News on Your Side, the Attorney General, business bureau and contacting my credit card company.

Work is excellent but customer service lacking unless you drive to their factory warehouse. Don't bother going to the North Scottsdale location.
