I dropped off my 2006 mini van here that needed a radiator. This was the only problem with my van. I had kept up on maintenance due to it being an older model. I drove this car from chandler to tempe daily for work. When the mechanics called back they gave me the longest story about how they couldn't get it started. My van had no isues starting before i dropped it off. It had a New transmission, new starter also a new battery. I am a single mother of 2 and i was told that my engine was blown prior to it being dropped off. Sadly these mechanics didnt realize i knew enough about blown engines and said i dropped it off that way. Sadly i had other quotes and no other mechanic saw that the engine was blown. Not even the diagnostics from the prior quotes had it listed. When i arrived to pick up my van, it was hard to start and smoke was coming from tail pipe. My car was running prefect besides that radiator drip. Long story short.....they blew my engine and never admitted to it. They wouldnt even share the diagnostic paperwork with me. I wanted to scream at them but i knew that God understood what was really happening. They treated me like crap and it was my first time using them. Horrible people equal horrible service. This was almost 1.5 years ago but i thought i should let peolpe know not to use them. They will do whatever it takes to make their problems your problem. Sadly a sorry would of sufficed. It was just a car that i was passing down to my teenager anyway. God is good and i now drive a beautiful Nissan! Yeah i knew you would turn it around but i have 2 diagnostics that show it was not blown prior to the day i brought it in. YOU guys are awful and have problems with being honest. My van was not worth much but your lies mean everything. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. LIAR'S! Also i didnt scream lol if i did why didnt you call the police. I had to wait for uber to pick me up so that was enough time. My only threat was that i should sue you but my review should suffice. God is good and i am in a better vehicle ?

GREAT, service-how novel in today's world. I took my mom's Honda to Salem Boys. They were honest about what work REALLY needs to be done now and what can truly wait till later.
Fair prices - especially compared to my parents' experience with the Honda dealer at Tempe Autoplex.
The immaculate, well-appointed waiting area is awesome, especially if you're a gear head like me! If you're not, they have provisions to give you a ride.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SALEM BOYS AUTO and plan to bring my "project car" to them for restoration in the future.

They restored my faith in mechanics. I will be taking any car I have here going forward. The quote They gave me was more than accurate and when they explained what was wrong with my car they did it in such a way I understood but without being patronizing. The women who read this will get that. Great service, highly recommend.

Ordered a bed cover, they called two days later to schedule my truck for installation. I dropped off the truck at 8 and they were finished at 10:40. They did an excellent job of installing the cover and it looks great!
