Been coming to this place for years and the owner is always super nice and has probably the best card payout percentage in the state. Plus he doesn't mess with change, most of the time he will just round up to an even dollar amount. I try to tell all my friends to come here with their gift cards and I will remain loyal to this place because of their outstanding service and reasonable fees.

Was in and out in under 5min, sold a gift card and got what I expected which was half it's value, so I'm.... content. Friendly ish staff. Big variety of cards they buy. Best alternative now that giftcard kiosks are gone

Cash4giftcard is not the place to go to they do not use your personal information given as a reliable resource they do not contact for any reason which defeats the purpose of giving your info. You have to walk in and find out yourself. I have reached out to them many times before walking in to ask what they offer with the same information given to them but again they will not tell you anything but the price until you walk in. Even if you read the terms they aren't thorough with everything they say. It seems they are more concerned with staying on top of things than working on problems given from the start. They will still let you walk in anytime during the hours open as long as you understand the terms & conditions that apply but again they will not tell you anything else until you've gone through the process with them regardless of the information given after anything has occurred on a higher level of terms & conditions that apply. I don't refer anybody trying to cash their giftcard to go to this location.

The gent I spoke with over the phone before I came in give me very concise and accurate information about what to expect when I came in. When I made the trip to Tempe to visit the store, I believe I dealt with the owner who was helpful and straight to the point. My only disappointment is that I had several hundred dollars worth of gift cards that I was supposed to be selling and because I came in late at night about 20 minutes before the store closed, the gentleman that was helping me told me he could only take a small amount $, because he wanted to make sure to keep cash on hand for other people that we’re gonna come in. To me, and it’s very essence, the store is Soli a cash business, and therefore, you must have cash on hand at all times, regardless of it being close to time to shut up shop for the night. He told me that I could go ahead and give him all of the cards and that I would have to come back for the remainder of the funds or cash the next day. This gentleman seems very trustworthy, however, being my first visit an interaction with his business, I felt like it would be best for me to avoid any IOUs. Will definitely be visiting again soon!

Lowball scammers , Owner/Manager would rather stand outside smoking dope than wait on customers, never again , Be ready to be ripped off , or told they dont want to take a card because they already have too many, they a rude and very unprofessional , i wanna break their little pencil necks.

this place only gave me 50% of my cards value because its food they say , i still give 5 stars because they tell you the deal before you make it and their the only place buying gift cards for all mighty dollars.

Great customer service, and they have one of the highest cash payout percentages in the valley (I think the average for this store is 70%) whereas other places give out 50% or less.

This place is shady and ripped off me and my girlfriend for a $134 to target. It started out to seem as if they were friendly and and they offered us cupcakes soda milk chips and even gave us the Arizona flag for being AZ natives. On top of stealing our target card they paid only 45% on home depot and that's with a bonus 5% for that day he offered an extra 5% on all cards. He paid more for Michael's than home depot. Which is mind boggling a d I won't return business and recommend nobody take your business to these shiesty crooks. We had to return the next day for verification on the target card cause we couldn't find our receipt and we wasted our gas to drive from north Phoenix to Tempe for him to say he didn't have our card or money. Shame on him and his company.

I would not recommend this smoke shop to anyone! The one staff member on duty was not in the least bit knowledgeable about anything vape related! He didn't even know what a coil was when I asked him if they carried a specific one. Upon entering the store I was accosted by a very strong scent of Marijuana, which I am not against, but I am against the use of it on the job! The staff member was very unprofessional and just all around rude. The entire time I was in the store the staff member was on a personal phone call, and I overheard him make lude and outlandish comments about my female associate to whoever he was speaking to on the phone. I will not be returning to this smoke shop until that employee no longer works there. I will have an on going boycott against this location until further notice.

I kindly put ma fountain drink my the door & so I started looking around the store & the young lady comes from the bk & looks at me & says " No drinks allowed in the store I told her I put it down by the door she said can u pls move it & sit it outside I walked away grab my drink & looked bk at her & said have a good day " . Shes was very rude

Great place for quick cash. Walmart has the highest payout of any other gift card. Always make sure to bring the original receipt that was printed that shows the original balance of the gift card.
