This location is something else lol. Usually I go black owned or to the Remy co on Van buren (-amazing, helpful staff, LOVE them-) but I was closer to this one today. This was my second and last time in here.They act like you shopping, let alone being there, is an inconvenience. I went in to look at wigs, the lady came from the back, asked if i needed something, and before I could even reply rolled her eyes and mumbled something else with a smart tone before just going to the front. I can't help but laugh at the huge blm flag hanging up knowing very well our coin is more important than us ? DO BETTER

I get my hair products and press on nails here. The hair selection is not my first choice and I don't like that they don't liat the prices on some of their items so you have to ask up front what the price is!

There is good selection of items to choose from. The shelves are stocked well. The place just smells like sewage water and mildew each time I go there. That prevents me from looking around and possibly buying additional items.

I can go to other beauty supply stores and try my wigs on before buying. Remyco does not allow you to try on wigs before purchase and I have purchased wigs that after trying on I now go to MidKay.

The prices are not great tbh, and I really only come here cause it’s close and open on Sundays… at least that’s what it says on Google but I’ve been waiting in the parking lot for 20 mins and they not answering the phone when supposedly they opened an hour ago. This is truly the last straw, go anywhere but here man. Customer service is terrible too they treat you like you stealing and you know it’s cause you’re black.

Went to return a pack of hair that I could not use due to it having security sensors on it. Came in with a receipt and the first thing the lady at the counter told me was I stole it, and then refused to give me my hair back.
