My experience here was soooo amazing, they did such a high quality work! My phone looks great and typing on it feels so great and smooth. Also they have a spin to receive a possible discount. They did me good I recommend to anyone!

Replaced my cracked phone screen and incidentally corrected an issue with the data reception! Service was fast and fairly priced. Definitely will return if I ever have future device issues!

Amazing service! First time stopping in and my man Alex was very attentive to my needs and generous with his time. He look my phone in 15 mins before closing and stayed an additional 15 mins after closing. Great guy! Would recommend 10/10.

Spoke to Brandon/Branden/etc., was given a card, given a discount on top of the nominal charges, extremely quick iPhone repair after an unpredictable assumption, nonetheless it was a much easier/diagnostic solution compared to a delayed solution/execution (basically compared to any other Apple/Best Buy repair/store)…Was a Water Moisturizing problem… he also provided a screen protection film/tempered layer on stock which is going to make an older iPhone last for years. Highly recommended, his advice is as quick as possible to provide. Though it may be unfortunate case by case, he is a professional and knows your best suggestion, again, highly recommended. 5/5.

Horrible customer service. Repair person swapped out my battery with a different one without my permission. I experienced multiple issues which led to me purchasing a new phone after revisiting rapid 3 times.

I had terrible service at this store, Francisco either doesn’t know how to fully repair electronics or just didn’t want to fix my ipad, to get more money out of me than what I was told after he had checked out my iPad. I have left the store with a no screen or home button because he didn’t want to complete the job with the amount i was told, since he ran into a problem i would have to pay $200 for him to completely finish the job. he was argumentative , rude and just didn’t want to help me. If you didn’t want my service, next time make something up to turn me away.
