Had a crank position sensor/cam position sensor/fuel pump go out while cruising and Houston came and helped me out. I could tell he's a fellow car guy and he took good care of Apollo. All in all, couldn't recommend these guys more highly!!

Dispatch said it’d be about 45 minutes but Cedric arrived within 20! He was very careful with my precious car and took his time loading and unloading the vehicle. Excellent customer service! Thanks for coming to my rescue! Would definitely use them again!

Worst tow company don’t call them. They’ll never show up and there’s excuses and excuses. Nobody knows what they’re doing there. Don’t call there.

Been towed twice to my mechanic and was treated respectfully and they did their job professionally. They treated me and my vehicle with respect and care and made sure everything was safe. This is my preferred towing company when I need a tow. I 100% recommend to anyone

Needed a tow in a pinch and they were so quick to have a driver out to assist us. Not only was the dispatch staff super helpful and friendly but the driver was very knowledgeable and kind. They were able to get us out of a parking garage no problem and to our preferred shop. I would definitely recommend.

Steer away from buying cars at this place. Absolutely red flag. ?⚠️⛔️This guy sold me 2016 Camry SE just a week ago. And specifically told him I’m looking for a car for my daughter…He lied to your face and said that the car has “no problems” like any other used car sales man.Then you hear a knocking and apparently he “forgot” to mention it to you (He keeps telling me he drove the car for two weeks and I took it down the road for 5 min)And then the check engine light comes one and he says he had no idea…My fault I let the guard down and trusted this guy for his word.Bottom line, took the car to the shop they quoted me amount shy of what I paid for it.What ever they asking for a car it worth half of that if not that.⚠️ You been warned.Just not honest. Just don’t deal with this people.

Pasquale was an amazing professional throughout the entirety of the process. My car broke down on a very busy commercial business street (48th in Phoenix) he was calm, reassuring, and superior professional to handle the situation. My driver side half shaft fell out, there was no budging it. Pasquale took his time, came with the solution and assured me the entire time and was concerned for overall safety as well while drivers nearby were upset. Thank you very much Pasquale! Amazing experience

I had Steve help me out with two flat tires (front and back) and he was extremely adaptable and courteous! There seemed to be a mistake in scheduling, as my insurance scheduled an hour earlier than requested. Steve contacted me beforehand and was more than happy to arrive later on such late notice. Realizing I had a rear flat tire, he had no problem going in and changing the wheel with my spare. I realized I accidentally scheduled myself with a tire shop that was closed on a Sunday and he recommended a mom & pop tire shop that was still open and offered cheaper services. I appreciate the help and wonderful service!
