My builder Pulte has all primera installed cabintes and I need to replace couple of them. Have been trying to reach them since last 1 month but nobody picks phone..I am litle lost on how can I get my cabinets replaced.

DR Horton contacted Primera to do our cabinets back in 2022. We closed escrow November 31, 2022. During our home inspection we noticed the vertical cracks on the cabinets where the hinges are and we were told they were going to be replaced. At least 21 cabinets have vertical cracks on the frames of the cabinets and we were told these issues are cosmetic and will be patched. We also have every cabinet chipped, scratched and badly painted and water damage on two or three of the cabinets under the kitchen sink area. We also have two cabinets that do not open or close, that have yet to be replaced. Late in 2023 we were paid a visit by Jim Peters , He proceeded to tell us that those issues are cosmetic and can be patched. When I asked for the reasoning for the vertical cracks on the cabinets, he (Jim Peters) said those issues are from the manufacturer and that they cannot address that issue because its cosmetic and not an issue. I asked to speak to someone else and Jim Peters said in a condescending tone " I am as high as I was going to get with his company". I have also spoken to Dennis Rowland - Regional VP and he has promised to escalate the issue but as of January 30, 2024, there is no follow up. DR Horton reps have mentioned that they are calling the are calling Primera to no avail.

Worst company I have ever worked with… spent a lot of money with this company only to get the bait and switch. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Be very careful with this company.

Parking on the wrong side of the road is illegal and to park on the wrong side of the road you have to drive on the wrong side of the road which is also illegalAs a business owner why do you allow this risk?I know I have been almost hit head on by wrong way drivers in this neighborhood many times.Oh and this company do not use it took dumb@$$ Chris 30 months to fix 1 drawer in my house. Primera is wonderful. It's so nice to have everything in one place. I'm able to take a look at all sorts of different options for my clients and ordering from them is so easy. Their staff is always around to answer questions and they are incredibly helpful. I have nothing but the best to say about these guys. If you do interior design, custom builds, or anything of the sort and are looking for a show room with a ton of options, this place is it. Highly recommended.Service: Kitchen countertop installation

Review to followUpdate:We did not have many of the quality issues that I see are plaguing the reviews. Though i mostly credit the Project manager for that aspect.My issues have only come up years later. our project was completed in 2021. At which time we received our bill, and we paid in full as was on the statements.Two years later, we received and additional bill, stating that we owed thousands more then originally quoted. of course being years later, we questions why we were receiving this bill.To keep a long story short, No satisfactory answers were given as to why this was the case, vital communication was obviously not provided during the project, and unsatisfactory answers and given now. Yet they continue to harass for payment.Look for a Cabinet company that is not only focused on the large projects, and will communicate clearly over these vital issues.

I loved the Primera show room. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for all in one place. The whole experience of using them was so easy and their staff was more than happy to answer my questions. If you're thinking about having any work done on your home and you want a showroom where you can see your options in person, this is definitely the way to go. Highly recommended.

Primera is the single worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. My builder, Woodside Homes, selected them as the cabinet manufacturer (and dropped them about 1 month after we took ownership). Our home never got a quality walk from the installers, so upon taking ownership, we had dozens of issues with misalignment, broken boxes, missing trim, and unfinished edges.A week before taking ownership, the appliances installers broke the end panel while trying to remove the dishwasher. This was May 2022. 15 months later, this still isn't fixed. Just to give you an idea of what you can expect:- 2 botched installs (both times they miscut the panel on-site)- 1 botched reskin- 3 panels delivered with major defects- 2 separate attempts at shoddy repair work on the prior defected panels and claiming they were new- 6 no-call, no shows to appointments- Lost count of the rescheduled appointments- The last panel was confirmed onsite, then later declared "it flew off the truck" when it was time for installation- Just today, rather than replace the panel that "flew off the truck", they stopped by (unscheduled) with a reskin. Their workorder explicitly said to replace the panel, not to reskinPrimera doesn't communicate, can't manage their own inventory, doesn't perform quality checks, hires inept technicians, and lies through their teeth. They may very well be the most unethical company in existence.Service: Kitchen cabinet refinishing

I wish I could have 0 stars to rate Primera, their customer service is really bad. My builder Tylor Morrison used Primera for the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. It has been really disappointing working with Primera, its been over a year since when we moved into the house with the promise of getting the cabinets fixed in a couple of weeks, and the issues are still not fixed (missing cabinet doors and drawer covers). They have come 5 times to “install” the parts but they are always either the wrong color or the wrong size.Their customer service representatives and management have demonstrated zero ownership. They dont follow up when they said they will, after a year of “following up” (based on their low standards) they are still asking me what is the model of my kitchen (really?).Really disappointing to work with Primera, if you can stay away from them please do it go with other vendor.

Primera - a company that prides themselves on customer service and it is in fact the worst company I have ever worked with. I have open work orders for carpet, cabinets, floor boards, and they have been open for months now. Alexandria Proctor is my point of contact and I have yet to receive a phone call from this person after leaving voicemails on her direct contact number and office number. Calling primera customer service operator as well and no answer.

If we could give zero stars, we would. TM used Primera for our cabinets throughout our home. Installation was despicable. Upon contacting our warrenty rep, we are told they can't reach Primera and are waiting for a response and the rep stated, "they are just giving us the middle finger". We closed on our home August of 2021. We are going on two years now. We are not positive this will ever been resolved. It is unacceptable. If you are considering Primera for cabinets, just don't do it!

There are problems with the cabinets installation in our new home. After we contacted Primera, Louise and Jennifer coordinated the repair process to get parts and schedule ready. Everything got fixed today finally. Special thanks to Tom for his excellent craftsmanship and diligence. We would like to give Primera a good rating to encourage them to continue doing the good job for other homeowners.

My builder, DR Horton, used this company for our cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom. It's been close to a year since we closed, and I am still missing shelves in my tall kitchen cabs. The response I get from my builder every time I have followed up is that the cabinet company has not been showing up to their appointments and scheduling has been an issue. If you can't accommodate volume as a company simply don't get into big contracts like this. In addition to this, the cabinets are are such poor quality, it has not been even a year and my bathroom cabs started to chip paint and are now exposing the wood. I mean we are talking less than 12 months. Pretty terrible. I would stay far away from this company, they obviously do not provide good customer care or quality. Still missing shelves and my cabs look awful.

I bought a home in Las Barrancas in Yuma Az and paid additional to have a gourmet kitchen with white cabinets. I paid extra for the white cabinets. This was in April 2022. Since closing I have been waiting and waiting for my warped cabinet door to be replaced. Elliott homes keeps telling me the door has been ordered. I have yet to see it. Now Elliott Homes has referred me to Primera Cabinets “Cole from Primera” will call you to schedule and I have yet to hear from anybody at Primera. This is not right, customer service is very bad.

TM's contractor Primera cabinets have been a nightmare. 13 months after closing we are still waiting for a date they will resolve the poor quality installation and workmanship, and materials issues. TM is having trouble even getting them to respond. TM can, and must do better when choosing design center partners. Primera issues made it a bad experience for us and its ongoing. I wanted the cabinets to be the best part of our home, and they are the worst. I'm extremely disappointed we paid such a high price for cabinet upgrades for such poor product and service. All door fronts are mis-drilled for hardware then patched with putty. We paid $9000 for upgrade to painted maple doors and about half are made with MDF. TM warranty super came by in June 2022 to look at the situation and he said it looks like Primera just gave up. We've escalated this issue every month to the Warranty department and it remains unresolved. What else can we do?
