If your builder has Primera, don’t do it. Their work is like what you see in cheap apartments. They hire very inexperienced/cheap contractors but charge you through the roof. Pay extra but go with better ones.

Floor grout was very disappointing all thru the house. Different hues of the color we ordered and grout haze thru every room. This was our 6th home from scratch and the the most disappointing "new home" experience. We had concerns from the reviews we saw a year ago but were told things were improved.
