These guys went over and above! They handled things I did expect, like cleaned my vehicle, cleaned my head lights, they fixed a dent that was extra and did a great job matching the paint. They also did a concierge with the car rental.

Highly, highly recommended!! I had to drive to Tempe to get school uniforms for my kids- 45 minutes away, and right as I get off at my exit, there is a blown tire from a work truck right in front of me that had apparently just happened (they were on the side of the road still). There was nothing I could do to avoid it as traffic was very heavy! Fortunately for me, Precision Auto Body was very close on the same exit!! They helped me right away with fixing the splash guard thing under my car that had been pulled down when I went over the tire and metal or whatever it was?! Anyways, I was stuck with my sister and two small kids and they were absolutely awesome, friendly and super helpful!! Bonus- super clean bathroom that I didn’t mind at all having my littles ones use;) Cannot thank you enough Precision Auto Body!!

I want to thank the friendly staff at Precision Auto Body. I had an appointment to have my front bumper replaced on my 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser, Touring Edition. However, there was no suitable replacement to be found in state. Replacement bumpers are no longer being produced for PT Cruisers from reputable sources, and used parts being advertised locally had no pictures, so there was no guarantee that it would be in good working order once received.
Seeing as how my bumper was only attached on one side, they worked to reattach the broken side so I can still use my car until we can locate a suitable replacement. I would recommend using their services for any body work you may need, they will work with your insurance company to get it done! AAA Auto Repair recommended I use them since AAA no longer does body work, and I'm glad they recommended them. I do plan to return for my future repair needs. Thank you Precision Auto Body for your speedy and friendly service today!

I would give them 10 stars if I could! They did such amazing work, communicated well throughout the process, and made my car look brand new again. They were trustworthy and honest which can be tough to find, and paid close attention to detail in their work. I’m so grateful I found them and will be returning in the future!! Highly recommend!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! They are scammers and a rip off. Took my car for what they claim is "FREE ESTIMATE" and when I decided not to go with them they charged me almost $600 for admin fees and one day of storage! IT is false advertisement to put that they have free estimates and charge all misc. fees. I took the car in on a Tuesday and tried to pick it up on Wednesday.

This is a late review as I picked up my car in October…but wanted to say they did an awesome job fixing the front end of my red Miata. Staff was professional and helpful, they worked with my insurance company on all details, and the car looked beautiful when I picked it up. Very happy. Thank you!
